Madonna and Guy Ritchie have reached a child custody settlement says reports. Madonna and Guy Ritchie’s child custody settlement will reportedly involve Ritchie not asking for a penny of Madonna’s estimated $300-800 million net worth and the two splitting custody as follows:

- shared custody
- Rocco and David splitting time between England and the U.S.
- Lourdes will live with Madonna.

Sources tell British press the settlement will be done by the end of November.

Madonna allegedly sets demands on what Guy Ritchie shouldn’t do with boys David and Rocco, claims a report. The Madonna alleged Guy Ritchie demands for the boys includes Kabbalah water, claims one paper.

The alleged Madonna list claims the Daily Mail includes that David should be read before going to bed a nighttime story ….  but from Madonna’s books thank you very much.

Can they have normal water? No claims the paper. Claims the paper: only Kabbalah Water, even when “diluting” orange juice Ritchie must use “blessed water” — the orange juice doesn’t need to be blessed, just the water.

The paper reports “The singer cannot take the children to live with her permanently in the US unless she either gets permission from Ritchie or an English court grants her leave.”

No response from Madonna or Ritchie to the paper’s claims.

A Britney Spears Justin Timberlake reunion will join Madonna’s Dodger Stadium Sticky and Sweet concert tonight! A Britney Spears Justin Timberlake Madonna Concert hits Dodger Stadium for the Los Angeles date of Madonna’s Sticky and Sweet tour.

Ironically, LALATE had reported earlier this year that, of Madonna’s entire Sticky and Sweet tour, Dodger Stadium remained one of the few stops that was not sold out.

But news of a Brit Justin duet with Madonna will certainly changed that.

The reunion news was broke yesterday on Los Angeles morning radio show KIISFM by host Ryan Seacrest. “They are going to be onstage performing with Madonna,” said Seacrest to listeners.

British paper Hello Magazine describes Stephen Cobb as having a specific area of specialty within divorce / family law. What is it?

The paper explains its legal analysis of the situation:

“Lourdes reportedly wants to return to New York after the couple’s divorce. To relocate to the States with Rocco and David, though, Madonna will need Guy’s permission or the go-ahead from an English court. The RocknRolla director is reportedly keen for the boys to continue to live and be educated in England.”

Fiona Shackleton has represented Prince Charles and most recently Paul McCartney.

Madonna’s Liz Rosenberg has no comment about a divorce settlement for Madonna and Guy Ritchie. A Madonna Guy Ritchie divorce settlement courtesy of Fiona Shackleton was reached over the weekend, claimed British Press.

Those reports broke to you over the weekend by LALATE said no custody agreement had been tentatively reached between Ritchie and Madonna with Guy getting the British manor and pub and Madonna getting her LA and NY homes.

Now, Madonna’s rep - the same rep that said their marriage was doing great all along - now says she won’t be commenting.

“I will not be commenting on the various reports regarding the divorce or of the settlement which has not been finalized,” Rosenberg said. Guy Ritchie’s rep also is not commenting.

Madonna’s net worth is estimated at $500 million.
