LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – Is that Lohan under a table? Lindsay Lohan was found hiding under a table by a São Paulo, Brazil clubgoer this week. Just hours after she filmed an upcoming episode of Anger Management, Lindsay Lohan jetted off to a São Paulo club. Lohan was reportedly paid a $100,000 appearance fee. But ironically, Lohan’s biggest appearance that night was hiding under a table in picture snapped by an attendant and shared on Twitter.

Lohan, who has avoided any desk job during her life, this week made money hiding under a table. A source tells E! that Lohan fulfilled her $100,000 appearance fee in a São Paulo venue. But after she felt that photographers were hounding her too aggressive, Lohan hid under the DJ’s table. Ironically, it was that picture that ignited Twitter thereafter.

Throughout her career, Lohan has been accused of allegedly having sticky fingers, first about an infamous mink coat in New York, most recently of course jewelry in So Cal. But today, reports claimed that Lohan allegedly showed up late for her second day of filming of Anger Management. Lohan however disputes others allegations that she lifted jewelry from the set.

LOS ANGELES (LALATE EXCLUSIVE) – Lindsay Lohan’s storage locker could bring a ten million dollar sale to its owner, and lawsuits for Lohan, if the actress doesn’t pay its bill. Lindsay Lohan’s storage locker is hitting the auction block, TMZ reports today. But while Lohan owes only $16,000 on the locker according to TMZ, LALATE can report that the locker’s contents could sell for $10 million. That’s exactly what someone paid for Paris Hilton’s storage locker, but over six years ago.

Far before Lindsay Lohan’s locker troubles this week, Paris Hilton battled storage troubles of her own. In 2006, Nabil and Nabila Haniss allegedly paid a mere $2,775 for Paris’ storage unit. Hilton’s then publicist Elliot Mintz told news a “bureaucratic foul-up” resulted in the contents being sold. What was in the locker? The LA Times reported at the time that the locker included diaries, photographs, clothing, and allegedly certain notable toys.

A later report claimed that Nabil and Nabila Haniss bought the locker and then sold it for $10 million to Bardia Persa who then allegedly created the site ParisExposed. “I was appalled to learn that people are exploiting my and my sisters’ private personal belongings for commercial gain,” Hilton told news at the time. The Times, however, claims that David Hans Schmidt bought the locker and tried to resell the contents for $20 million.

LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – Tiffany Mitchell, Lindsay Lohan’s accuser, has hired Gloria Allred. Lindsay Lohan allegedly punched psychic Tiffany Mitchell and called her a gypsy. Lohan was reportedly upset after Mitchell’s friend purportedly told Lohan that her Liz and Dick Lifetime film was no good. But now Mitchell has turned to Allred, reports TMZ.

Tiffany Mitchell allegedly claims that Lohan punched in a New York nightclub this week. Other reports claim that Lohan has been allegedly drinking in recent weeks. Lohan has previously told news that she would stay away from clubs and drinking. Such has not been the case.

Last year this time, Allred was representing Herman Cain’s accuser. Before that she had represented Ginger Lee in her dispute with New York’s Anthony Weiner. Allred and Mitchell have yet to comment about the matter.

LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – Lohan adoption rumors are false, claims the actress. Lindsay Lohan rumors claimed the actress is seeking to adopt a boy. Lohan tells news that, not only are the rumors false, but also she wants to know who is spreading the lies.

For years, tabloids typically proffer allegations with a sources labeled as “friends”, “confidants”, or “insiders”. In the case of Lohan, adoption rumors cited a “friend”.

Lohan has been promoting her Elizabeth Taylor TV movie which premiers on Lifetime this November 26. Recently she told news “It’s really nerve-wracking to play someone that’s such an incredible force, and a wonderful woman, so I was kind of nervous to see what people would think of it.” Lohan also explained to news “You can never actually be a clone of the person, so you have to bring some of yourself into it. I was lucky enough, because I do relate to Elizabeth Taylor in a lot of ways.”

Ashley Horn aka Ashley Kaufmann, Lohan or Horne, has been in the news since 2008 as Lindsay Lohan’s possible secret half-sister. So why did this news story take four years to resolve? Because not until last night did father, Michael Lohan, agree to conclusive  DNA tests.

LALATE has been reporting on Ashley Lohan since June 2008. During an interview with Chelsea Handler, Lindsay’s estranged father Michael Lohan told Handler that he had first heard about Ashley while he was behind bars.
