A lawsuit against Justin Timberlake and his restaurant Southern Hospitality BBQ has been filed in New York. The Justin Timberlake Southern Hospitality lawsuit claims Timberlake was anything but hospitable when it came to pay for his staff.

The lawsuit is reportedly filed by a busboy who worked at the restaurant for a year; the suit is filed on his behalf and 50 other employees. The lawsuit claims Timberlake and management were stealing tips and not paying the minimum wage or overtime.

Also named Timberlake’s business partners Eytan Sugarman and and fellow owner Trace Ayalay.

No comment by Timberlake or Southern Hospitality.

A Britney Spears Justin Timberlake reunion will join Madonna’s Dodger Stadium Sticky and Sweet concert tonight! A Britney Spears Justin Timberlake Madonna Concert hits Dodger Stadium for the Los Angeles date of Madonna’s Sticky and Sweet tour.

Ironically, LALATE had reported earlier this year that, of Madonna’s entire Sticky and Sweet tour, Dodger Stadium remained one of the few stops that was not sold out.

But news of a Brit Justin duet with Madonna will certainly changed that.

The reunion news was broke yesterday on Los Angeles morning radio show KIISFM by host Ryan Seacrest. “They are going to be onstage performing with Madonna,” said Seacrest to listeners.

A ‘N Sync Reunion! Get ready for an ‘N Sync Reunion, reports Lance Bass! Amid the hot reunion of New Kids On The Block, pop group ‘N Sync is itching to reunite too, says Bass. Just not so clear when.

“We’re definitely itching to do some music,” says Bass.

In fact the entire group has been talking reunion. “We’ve always discussed it,” said Bass.

Ironically, ‘N Sync is still under contract for album with their label. “It’s always a possibility and we still owe some records to the record companies.”

New reports today say the Timberlake Spears single will be recorded at the end of 2008 for Spears’ next album. Back in 2007, Spears had a reported open offer for Timberlake to record a new album with the help of Justin’s pal Timbaland.

PICTURE / UPDATE! A major U.S. appeals court ruling this morning on the Janet Jackson wardrobe malfunction. A court just ruled for CBS on the Jackson wardrobe malfunction. The appeals court threw out a $550,000 fine against CBS Corp television stations $550,000 for its broadcast of the flashing of Jackson that happened in the 2004 Super Bowl broadcast on CBS.

The Court found that the FCC acted “arbitrarily and capriciously departed from its prior policy”.

Jackson had her right breast seen by 90 million people that night for a split second. CBS had apologized and paid a fine for each of its 20 stations. But now the appeals court ruled that CBS can’t be held responsible. “Moreover, the FCC cannot impose liability on CBS for the acts of Janet Jackson and Justin Timberlake, independent contractors hired for the limited purposes of the Halftime Show” says Chief Judge Anthony Scirica. What a ridiculous ruling.
