Simpson’s clothing and style product brand has along with Jennifer Lopez been one of the most successful celebrity brands to date.

In the new reality show, Simpson doesn’t stay stateside, but jumps around the world … in search of beauty. The series premieres March 14 on VH-1. Watch the video below.

US Magazine is under fire for a Jessica Simpson story today. The Jessica Simpson US Magazine article has put the news site under a wave of online criticism.

The article features Jessica Simpson’s picture with her tongue stcuk out and has the title (edited) “Exclusive - Oops! Jessica Simpson F — rts During Business Meeting”.

What was US Magazine thinking?

The article doesn’t stop there but goes on to reference a previous “air” of event of Simpson in recent years.

Comments to the article on the  magazine’s site include: “I’m no Jessica fan at all but the article is mean and childish. Take it down, seriously, it’s ridiculous. “

On comment, from “Jess”, reads “Can you just cease circulation now. This isn’t even interesting reporting. Just lots of Hot Air.”

Another writes: “Seriously, this is what people call news! How completely ridiculous… “

PHOTO! Here is a picture of Jessica Simpson’s Sammy the dog. Sammy is Jessica Simpson’s new temporary dog following the passing of Daisy.

Sammy got his official introduction this week via Twitter. “Sammy and I are falling asleep. Sweet snuggle companion.”

But Sammy isn’t Jessica’s dog, she explains. “Sammy isn’t my new pup. l I borrowed her for the night from my friends :)”

Simpson lost Daisy, a gift from Nick Lachey, last September.

VIDEO! Here is youtube video of the Jessica Simpson Burger King cartoon commercial. Fox says of the Burger King Jessica Simpson weight gain cartoon that it should not have aired on Fox NFL Sunday.

In the cartoon commercial, an animated version of Marion Barber says, “Man, I still can’t believe Tony dated Jessica Simpson, even after she blew up bigger than Flozell Adams!”

The cartoon of Jason Witten the responds, “Unlike Tony, at least Jessica comes up big when it counts!”

The cartoon of Coach Wade Phillips then offers “Say Tony, is Jessica around? We could use a defensive tackle!”

None of the persons animated have yet to comment, nor Simpson. But Fox issued the following statement of apology to Jessica:

“Burger King did not have any editorial input in the creation of the animation that ran last Sunday, and no one from Burger King Corp., approved it before it aired.

“Upon reflection, our poor attempt at humor was insensitive, and we deeply apologize to anyone who might have been offended.”

Chatter bugs claim Simpson’s dad-ager Joe Simpson wants her to replace Paula Abdul. Brilliant huh? Imagine Jessica Simpson giving her opinions for several nights a week, for months long, on your tv set.

What pearls of wisdom would Jessica impart to us all? Thankfully, no comment by Idol producers to the report.
