Kim Zolciak on Bravo this spring has been hitting a ratings home run with her wedding-spinoff series. The show has focused extensively on Kim’s demands to get a weeding done during a short time frame, and have the ceremony on December 11, 2011.

But in a news article hitting stands this week, a source tells Life and Style that wedding date was also reserved for another reality star, Jessica Simpson. “[Jessica and Eric Johnson] reportedly had been planning to wed in Hawaii on Nov. 11 (11/11/11) but put their plans on hold after Jess discovered she’d become pregnant.”

For now, Jessica is focusing on a new date: 12/12/12. “Jessica and Eric are eyeing the Hawaiian island of Kauai for the reception for around 60 family and friends,” reports Life and Style. No comment by either star to the report.

What exactly is napalm? As reported on LALATE at the time, napalm is an “aluminum soap of various fatty acids that when mixed with gasoline makes a firm jelly used in some bombs and in flamethrowers” or “an incendiary mixture of polystyrene, benzene, and gasoline”.

Mayer now tells news that he was wrong for making the comments. He says “I had nothing to say – I was going through a time in my life where I didn’t really want to share what was going on, but I didn’t want to be boring.”

He called his comments “free associating garbage,” claim that he “wasn’t prepared to be honest.” He added “You will eventually learn that you cannot correct your way out of everything,” he said. “I was thinking, ‘if they don’t like me, there must be something they are missing.’”

Jessica Simpson next appears in Fashion Star. The upcoming reality show previously profiled on LALATE looks amazing in promotional clips provided by the network.

Simpson tells news that she is anxious for the series. “I feel great. The pregnancy’s going great. I’m just waddling around now. We’re not saying the due date but it’s in the spring so it’s coming”. She added “We’ve gone through all different kinds of names but we’re pretty much set on our name so we’ll see what happens.”
