Williams recently spoke to V-103. She said that she never tweeted rude comments about Cole during the Soul Train Music Awards. “Because we’re home I’m going to say it once and address it once. We were too busy celebrating, know what I mean?” She also told news “The unfortunate thing about social media [is] so many things can be fabricated. I did not tweet what was said that I tweeted. I already put that out there. Always look at that persons original timeline. I do not delete tweets, so if you did not see it on my original timeline, you know that it did not come from me.”

Williams added “I am the spokesperson for an anti-bullying organization called the National Voices for Equality, Enlightening, and Empowerment, so I would never, ever, no matter what I feel, even sometimes I want to say what’s right and what’s true, but even sometimes you have to filter that because it’s a time and place for everything. Beyonce will tell viewers tonight that her labor was very difficult. She described it as “pushing through a very heavy door.” She also details who was in the room at the time of the child’s birth. In the latest issue of Vogue Beyonce explained “My family and my closest people were there when I gave birth. Everything that scared me just was not present in that room.” She also told news “So for me to really let go and really appreciate every contraction. It was the best day of my life.”

Beyonce says she was not always comfortable with the idea of having kids. “When I was younger, there were moments where I said, “I’m not going to have children”, and then moments when I wanted four. And now I definitely want another, but I don’t know when.”

She also tells Vogue “Right now, after giving birth, I really understand the power of my body. I just feel my body means something completely different. I feel a lot more confident about it. Even being heavier, thinner, whatever. I feel a lot more like a woman. More feminine, more sensual. And no shame.”

But the Beyonce moment came moments later when she remarked “I can feel your halo! Beyonce was fabulous.” Shaq recorded a lip-synch of Halo, while in his Super Bowl seat, and uploaded to it Twitter HERE.

On Friday, Kenya Moore told fans that the importance in any deal is getting everything in writing. “What’s your number one piece of advice for a black female entrepreneur?” asked a fan. Kenya replied “Focus. Research. Get everything in writing first.”

For now, Kenya has moved on from Walter, is set to perform her hit song live on stage soon, will be releasing a music video, and has completed her workout video. But she won’t be reuniting with Destiny’s Child anytime soon. For now she adds “My workout video is a whole body workout that will also help tone & sculpt your body and give you curves.”

Life Is But A Dream is the title of the singer’s upcoming HBO special. During the special, the singer will show off far more revealing aspects about her life. Among them, are Blue Ivy’s sonogram.

This weekend, a trailer for the special was released on news. In it, Beyonce tell news “People see celebrities and they have money and fame but I’m a human being”. She adds “I cry, I get scared, I get nervous just like everyone else.”

“Power is not given to you, you have to take it,” she adds. “You’re playing a part in a much bigger show and that’s what life is.”

“Everybody knows Beyonce’s music, but few know Beyonce the person,” Michael Lombardo, president of HBO Programming, said in a news statement this month. “Along with electrifying footage of Beyonce onstage, this unique special looks beyond the glamour to reveal a vibrant, vulnerable, unforgettable woman.”

Beyonce will sing for President Obama’s second inauguration of January 21. Then her HBO special will debut on February 16.
