LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – T-Boz’s “Champion” with Drake was released by the TLC singing in advance of the season finale of her hit reality show tonight, “Totally T-Boz”. Tionne “T-Boz” Watkins released the new single Champion featuring Drake in tribute to children who struggle with blood disorders. T-Boz tells news that money from the sales of the single on iTunes will go to children suffering from blood disorders.
T-Boz indicated to news moments ago that the single is now available on iTunes. But ironically, a large section of the song is also being offered for free to TLC cable viewers as well. TLC and T-Boz have yet to indicate if the singer will return for future episodes. But recently, T-Boz told TLC viewers the purpose behind her new 2013 song.
T-Boz says “For those you don’t know, I am a writer. ‘Unpretty’ was the first song I did for TLC… I started writing a lot of inspirational songs.” She also tell news “I do a lot of work with kids with blood disorders. This song I am going to play for you I want to put on iTunes and give the money to sick children to help for cures… Champions aren’t born, they are made.
