Tim Tebow Dolphins False Story Tossed Back to Sea

Tim Tebow Dolphins False Story Tossed Back to Sea

LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – A Tim Tebow Dolphins story was tossed back to sea as yet another false rumor surfacing online this week. This week Tim Tebow became the Jon Gruden of spring 2013. Over several seasons, Jon Gruden has been the subject of countless NFL fake deal rumors, about new coaching positions. Gruden in some cases would appear in multiple false deal reports in the same day. But this time around, the rumor machine is targeting Tim Tebow and deals that aren’t happening for the former Jets quarterback.

Earlier yesterday, agent Drew Rosenhaus told a Miami radio station that he would not be surprised if Tebow didn’t end up at the Dolphins. But a source tells Armando Salguero today that Rosenhaus’s belief is “totally untrue.” Another source told Armando that the “Dolphins’ quarterback situation is set” and isn’t going to be changing.

Tebow has battled false deal rumors recently as well concerning the Jaguars. In February, Jacksonville Jaguars owner Shahid Khan told news that he is no longer interested in Tebow. But he admits that he would have drafted Tebow. “The first Jaguars game I came to was in (2010), we played Denver here,” Khan told WOKV at the time. “There were a lot more Tebow jerseys in the Jaguars stands than the teal jerseys for any player, let’s face it. You hate to get into 20/20 hindsight and finger pointing, but certainly (we would have taken Tebow) if I had anything to do with it. We probably won’t have a chance like that again.”

Jonathon Amaya Arrested, Mug Shot Photo Released

Jonathon Amaya Arrested, Mug Shot Photo Released

CORAL GABLES (LALATE) – Jonathon Amaya has been arrested for battery and his mug shot photo has been released (above). Jonathon Amaya, the Miami Dolphins safety, was arrested this morning November 26, 2012 after allegedly choking his taxi cab driver. The driver claimed that the NFL player was trying to kill him.

Jonathon Amaya’s arrest follows the arrest last summer of Chad Johnson, which ultimately resulted in Ochocinco’s firing by the team. The Dolphins have yet to comment about the Jonathon Amaya arrest.

But officials tell news Amaya hailed the cab at 4:30 am this morning. He had just exited a Miami Beach nightclub. During the ride, Amaya offered $100 to the cab driver to drive him to Weston. The cabby didn’t like that suggestion and brought Amaya back to the nightclub.

Then, the cabby claims that Jonathon Amaya became violent, began allegedly choking the drier from behind, while the car was being driven. Two officers were in the vicinity as they saw the scuffle unfold as the driver scream “this man is trying to kill me”.

Jonathon Amaya was charged with battery at 7:43 am local time today. Amaya remained behind bars early today, officials at the Miami-Dade Corrections confirmed to news. Amaya initially had not yet paid a $1500 bond.

Dolphins vs. Bills 2012 Channel: Tannehill Battles Fitzpatrick Tonight

Dolphins vs. Bills 2012 Channel: Tannehill Battles Fitzpatrick Tonight

CORAL GABLES (LALATE) – The Dolphins vs. Bills 2012 game (live score below) will deliver a Thursday night battle between Ryan Tannehill and Ryan Fitzpatrick. The Bills have lost two games at home this season, while the Dolphins have only won two games on the road. And yet, neither team has yet been able to achieve a winning season this November.

But as with every Thursday night NFL game, the channel switching confusion returns. What channel is the Dolphins vs. Bills 2012 game on tonight? The Dolphins vs. Bills channel confusion kicks off tonight at 8:20 PM EST as fans wonder if the game heads to network or ESPN channels. Rather, the game’s destination is the NFL Network. Officials indicate to news that you can catch the broadcast on DirecTV (212) or Dish (154).

Both teams have struggled this season. Miami is off to a 4-5 start while the Bills have narrowly inked a 3-6 record.

The situation at quarterback, however, has been problematic this season. Tannehill for Miami has delivered nearly double the number of interceptions as touchdowns. He has produced only five passing touchdowns this season but nine interceptions. That has resulted in a fifty-nine percent completion rate and less than two thousand yards, officials tell news.

Fitzpatrick’s situation with Buffalo hasn’t been much better. With a sixty-three percent completion rate, Ryan has produced seventeen passing touchdowns with ten interceptions.

Both teams, however, are equally paired on rushing this season. Bush and Thomas have delivered seven rushing touchdowns this season for Miami. But Spiller and Jackson have delivered the same for Buffalo.

So why is Miami’s rushing so poor, even with Bush? He tells news “I’ve got to do a better job protecting the ball.” He added “I’ve been in this league long enough to where I know protecting the ball is the most important thing as a running back.”

Spiller is bothered by his own performance as well. “I’m not worried about how many times I touch it. I’m just pretty much, from here on out, just worried about wins.”

The difference, however, is on receiving. Miami’s top two receivers have only produced one touchdown this season, while Johnason and Jones have produced eight. For live updates tonight, click HERE.

Dolphins vs Colts 2012: Tannehill Faces Luck Sunday

football score dolphins vs Colts 2012: Tannehill Faces Luck Sunday

CORAL GABLES (LALATE) – Sunday’s Dolphins vs Colts 2012 game (live score below) will feature Ryan Tannehill taking on Andrew Luck on the road. Both teams enter Sunday’s showdown with a 4-3 start. But the pairings on rushing are far from comparable this season.

Today’s Dolphins vs Colts 2012 game (start time 1 PM EST) will  depend on rushing, more than passing. Bush and Thomas have a combined six rushing touchdowns this season. On more than one hundred sixty carries, they have produced seven hundred yards. But the Colts have only produced a single rushing touchdowns this season. Brown and Ballard have one hundred thirty carries, but only one touchdown, officials tell news.

The situation at quarterback is not good for either team. Tannehill has six interceptions and just four passing touchdowns this season. Luck has eight inceptions and eight touchdown passes. Neither quarterback has produced better than a sixty percent competition rate and neither has at least two thousand passing yards yet this season.

Luck admits to news that he is not satisfied with his performance. “I think a big thing for us is realizing you are a rookie, that doesn’t mean you have to play as a rookie,” said Luck, who is one 300-yard passing game shy of tying Manning’s NFL rookie record (four). “You don’t have that excuse. This team needs us, the rookies, to perform well and perform well now, and I think guys have taken that to heart.” For live score updates today, click HERE.

Rams vs Dolphins 2012: Sam Bradford Faces Ryan Tannehill

score live Rams vs Dolphins 2012: Sam Bradford Faces Ryan Tannehill

ST LOUIS (LALATE) – Today’s Rams vs Dolphins 2012 game (live score below) will feature Sam Bradford going for his fourth win of the season. The Dolphins, in contrast, are trying to turn around a slow start this season, having lost two of their first five games. And while the Dolphins are 1-1 at home, can they hold Bradford today as well?

The Rams vs Dolphins 2012 game (start time 1 pm EST) follows a mercurial season for Bradford. His numbers are lackluster at quarterback, but he has still produced wins for St Louis. Bradford has only a fifty-eight percent completion rate with nearly as many interceptions as touchdown passes this season. But that has resulted at least in more than one thousand yards.

But Tannehill is in deep trouble in the pocket this year. He has only produced two touchdown passes but given up six interceptions.

The difference is the rushing games between St Louis and Miami. St Louis has yet to deliver a single rushing touchdown despite a combined nearly one hundred ten carries by Jackson and Richardson this season. Reggie Bush for Miami has three touchdown carries alone over nearly four hundred yards. He is aided by Miller with twenty-three carries delivering one touchdown run.

St Louis has relied on its passing game in contrast. Amendola and Gibson have posted nearly five hundred yards receiving this season with four touchdown catches. Miami has only one touchdown catch.

And while Tannehill is struggling, his team thinks he is improving. “He’s getting better every single week and you can see it just in the way he puts us in the right spots, checking the plays and putting us on the right people to block,” Jake Long told the Dolphins’ news website this week. “When stuff breaks down he’s able to make plays and the opponents we’ve faced in these first five games have been great defenses and really tough. He’s handled it well and has been playing well in crunch time.” For live score updates today, click HERE.

Dolphins vs Bengals 2012: Ryan Tannehill Faces Aaron Dalton

score live Dolphins vs Bengals 2012: Ryan Tannehill Faces Aaron Dalton

CORAL GABLES (LALATE) – The Dolphins vs Bengals 2012 game today (live score below) will reveal whether Ryan Tannehill has any hope for this season. Tannehill’s horrible performance in the team’s first four starts this season has resulted in only a single win. But can he turn that around Sunday?

The Dolphins vs Bengals 2012 game (start time 11 am EST) will feature Miami coming off a one win record in just four starts this season. Tannehill’s numbers are the obvious culprit. He has one of the worse quarterback completion rates in the league. He has only delivered a fifty-six percent completion rate. That has resulted in a mere two passing touchdowns. But he has shocked news with delivering six interceptions in just four games.

Aaron Dalton is coming off an impressive start. The Bengals have delivered a 3-1 record this season, one of their best season starts in recent years. His passing has been strong, delivering a sixty-eight percent completion rate. That has resulted in a mere four interceptions but eight passing touchdowns.

Miami coach Joe Philbin tells news that his team’s turnovers have been dreadful. “That’s just not a good recipe to win games in the National Football League or high school or Pop Warner”. He added “It’s disappointing. The turnover margin, for every statistical guru, is the No. 1 measurement in winning or losing games.” For live score updates today, click HERE.
