Whoopi Goldberg vs. Denise Richards on The View (VIDEO)!Whoopi ripped into reality tv star and ex wife of Charlie Sheen Denise Richards on today’s broadcast of The View.Whoopi didn’t understand why Denise desires to protect her kids… but at the same time wishes to put them into a reality show.

E! has two new reality shows, Denise Richards “Complicated” and “Living Lohan” with Dina Lohan.

If you live in Los Angeles this week, you will see on the computerized billboards across the city for both shows. E! has bought advertisements flashing Richards’ and Lohan’s shows in rotation together.

Honestly, LALATE thinks they are both going to bomb.

The marketing of two “mommy” reality shows together is a bad idea. It moves the image of E! towards seeking an older demographic … and basically suggests they have a mommy-block of programming.

If one fails, both will fail, at least with this type of marketing.

Expect Richards show to fail after one season and Lohan only ink a second if daughter Ali has a hit single off her new album.

Denise Richards Reality Show VIDEO

Just released! A video from Denise Richards’ upcoming Reality Show on E!Denise Richards stars in her own upcoming reality show on E! as first broke to you here on LALATE.

Why Denise Richards gets a reality show is not yet clear. Sure, Dina Lohan gets a show because she is trying to launch daughter Ali Lohan’s music career.

But Denise? What is the purpose?

Obviously, E! will have to show a reason why the show is being done other that give us a glimpse into Richards’ life (which no one really wants to hear about it in the first place).

Being a celebrity parent is not a story line, there’s no conflict.

Let’s hope that’s not what the show is about.

Richie Sambora Rock of Love 3 HOST!

Richie Sambora to star in Rock of Love 3 for VH-1? Today chatter says rocker Richie Sambora will host season 3 of the hit tv reality show (that LALATE readers love), “Rock of Love”.

Sambora could replace Season 1 and 2 host Bret Michaels who reportedly is happy with Ambre Lake after season 2’s win.

Sambora now 48 years old has been single since his divorce from actor Heather Locklear April last year. He also dated Locklear’s former gal pal Denise Richards.

A source tels OK! magazine as reported by SF Gate, “He’s perfect for TV. If you thought Bret (Michaels) was must see TV, you ain’t seen anything yet. Richie is going to be a train wreck looking for love.”

Recently LALATE told you that Flavor Flav’s son is rumored to host the next season of “Flavor of Love 4″, William Jr. (also from the same producers).

No confirmation yet about Sambora or William Jr.

So having a tattoo of ex Charlie Sheen might not be a good thing to have on.

Reports this weekend say Denise Richards stopped Kat Von D’s tattoo parlour Friday to get rid of her Charlie tattoo.

The replacement?

An LALATE tattoo! How cool is that!

Denise Richards Claims Charlie Sheen Gets Naked Online

Denise Richards claims that ex husband Charlie Sheen engages in “sexual explicitness on the Internet, including revealing his private parts.” Ummm, Denise…. LINK?!

Richards made the claim in court documents filed by her today against Sheen in Los Angeles Superior Court regarding her custody. Charlie Sheen denied her allegations.

Two people that need to quiet down: Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards.

Denise Richards: “I was disappointed to learn of my ex-husband Charlie Sheen’s current statement regarding our personal affairs. This was and should still be a private matter that we as responsible parents settled privately. I stand by that agreement and I will continue to do what is best for our children while attempting to keep this family situation a private matter.”

Charlie Sheen: “Until I’m granted the ability to hire my own nanny, she is required to provide one and I was terribly insulted that she felt her ‘assistant’ was a suitable replacement. If it’s unfortunate that I’m speaking, it’s ‘unfortunate’ that an incredibly loving and responsible father and his terrifically capable fiancée are being subjected to these transparent and unnecessary sanctions, that have nothing to do with responsible co-parenting and everything to do with punishment and control. As long as I am forced to live under these conditions with my children, people are going to hear about it.”

Charlie Sheen did not want another kid with Denise Richards?

Charlie Sheen today told the world that his ex, Denise Richards, wanted a third child and he didn’t want it. And that he is going to save that information for a court pleading, even though he told the world today.

Wow. Does anyone really care?

“There was a request for a donation,” Sheen tells syndicated TV show “Entertainment Tonight” . “Without getting into it here … there is a specific document relating to this that I am going to reserve for a court.”

Asked if he would give the donation:

“I would sooner, in exactly what I’m wearing, walk on the surface of the moon. Does that answer it?”
