Debbie Rowe won’t be attending Michael Jackson’s Memorial. And the funeral? Debbie Rowe says she will not attend the Michael Jackson Memorial because she would be a “distraction”. Rowe would be a distraction at the event with 11,000 people and everyone from Mariah Carey to Kobe Bryant ….

… seriously?

Rowe’s rep issued the following statement moments ago to press:

“The onslaught of media attention has made it clear her attendance would be an unnecessary distraction to an event that should focus exclusively on Michael’s legacy. Debbie will continue to celebrate Michael’s memory privately.”

The statement doesn’t indicate if she will attend the Funeral at Forest Lawn earlier on Tuesday, or if she was invited by the Jackson family.

BREAKING – Debbie Rowe says “I Want Custody” of Michael Jackson kids. Debbie Rowe wants custody of her kids with Jackson, and will ask for custody not just of two but three.

The shocking revelation is just coming out of KNBC TV Los Angeles. Chuck Henry reveals Debbie Rowe has exclusively told him that she wants custody of her biological kids – Paris and Prince I – and will seek sole custody starting Monday.

That comment was followed up by Dan Abrams who gave legal analysis that said Rowe has a 99% chance of winning custody not just of Paris and Price I, her biological children, but also Prince II, because a court is likely to keep the children together, not separate them.

Rowe has said she is the biological mother but Jackson was not the biological father of Paris and Prince I.

Are Michael Jackson’s kids not his? Are they Dr Arnold Klein’s? For two of his kids, Michael Jackson is not the biological father nor the formally adoptive father, says multiple reports this week.

Jackson had three kids – Prince Jackson I, Paris Jackson, and Prince (aka Blanket) Jackson II. Prince and Paris were born during Jackson’s marriage to Debbie Rowe.

On Sunday, in an exclusive interview, Debbie Rowe claimed Jackson was not, and knew he wasn’t, the biological father of Prince I and Paris. A subsequent report by one source claimed Rowe was not the biological mother herself. Rowe’s attorney has since issued a statement stating that Rowe is the biological mother of Prince I and Paris.

In court documents filed this week, the birth certificate of Prince Michael II leaves blank the name of the mother.

In other reports, it has been claimed this week that Jackson never formally adopted Paris or Prince I. Finally, a new twist.

As people begin to ask who is the biological father of Jackson’s first two kids Paris and Prince I, one magazine issue hitting newsstands this week claims it has the answer – Jackson’s dermatologist and Rowe’s former employer, Arnold Klein.

Rowe has not responded to that report. Klein has issued the following statement:

“Dr. Klein is aware of media reports connecting him to Michael Jackson. Because of patient confidentiality Dr. Klein will make no statement on any reports or allegations. Out of respect for his patients and adherence to federal HIPAA regulations, Dr. Klein asks that the media not contact his patients nor interfere with their medical treatments. Like millions of Michael’s fans around the world, Dr. Klein is saddened by Michael’s death and extends his condolences to Michael’s family.”

Debbie Rowe says she is the biological mother of Prince I and Paris Jackson.  Debbie Rowe’s mother claims comes after reports that alleged she was only a surrogate mother and not the biological mother of Jackson’s first two kids born during the couples’ marriage.

Rowe’s attorney is disputing those reports, saying the following:

“We refuse to be drawn into addressing the various rumors and speculation swirling in the media. The vast majority of what is out there is untrue. Particular hurtful and insidious is the most recent rumor — which is entirely false — concerning the maternity of the children. Ms. Rowe is the biological mother of the two oldest children.”

As LALATE broke this weekend, Rowe said Jackson was not the biological father of two children. New reports Tuesday additionally indicate that Jackson never legally adopted the two children.

Rowe is expected to appear in a Los Angeles court with Katherine Jackson over custody issues. It is stil unclear if Rowe will seek custody.

On Sunday, Rowe in an exclusive interview revealed Michael Jackson is not the biological father of the two couple born during their marriage – Prince I and Paris. She said she simply gave a womb.

Rowe’s interview did not clarify if she was simply a surrogate or also the biological mother. Now moments ago a new report claims neither Jackson nor Rowe are the biological parents of Prince I and Paris.

The same report says all signs of the legal fence are arguing if she is the presumed biological mother or not since the children were born during the couple’s marriage. Rowe has not yet commented if she wants custody of the two children.

A hearing on Monday in Los Angeles superior court ruled that Katherine Jackson, Michael’s mother, can have temporary guardianship of the children, but not their estate.
