Debbie Rowe is suing Rebecca White over alleged fake emails in the Michael Jackson case. Rebecca White – in  a suit filed by Rowe today – alleged to be Rowe’s “close friend” and claimed to have emails between the two. The alleged emails claimed Rowe she would forfeit custody in exchange for cash.

Rowe says no emails existed. Even worse, Rowe reportedly says she not even emailed White since Jackson’s death. The suit claims the whole story was made up.

No comment by either to press about the suit. The suit does not specify damages.

A hearing as to the custody of Michael Jackson’s three kids – Paris, Prince, and Blanket – will start up again next Monday in a Los Angeles court.

On Tuesday, the New York Post claimed that Debbie Rowe had settled, being paid $4 million to forfeit a custody fight. Rowe’s attorney quickly slammed the report as false.

As reported earlier this week on LALATE, Rowe’s lawyer Eric George slammed the Post calling the report false. Moreover he claimed Rowe has never received, ever, a penny considering custody and was only paid spousal support following her divorce from Jackson.

“There has been no agreement reached between Ms. Rowe and the Jacksons. Rowe has not and will not give up her parental rights. No determination has been reached concerning custody or visitation. And Ms. Rowe has not accepted and will not accept any additional financial consideration beyond the spousal support she and Michael personally agreed to several years ago.”

The New York Post article today portrayed Rowe has a having a whole money trail of being paid off, and being paid off yet again this week, by the Jackson Family source. But while the report didn’t explain where the Jackson Family came up with $4 million to pay Rowe, it claimed the settlement was inked.

Eric George, Debbie Rowe’s lawyer, says the following: “[The report is] completely false.”

Two weeks ago George said the following: “Debbie has not reached a final decision concerning the pending custody proceedings.”

Debbie Rowe has reached a settlement over child custody of Michael Jackson’s kids.

Debbie Rowe’s gets a $4 million settlement and forfeits child custody claims a Jackson family source. How much money will that net Rowe since the beginning?

The report claims that in Rowe’s divorce from Michael Jackson she got $8 million up front and $900,000 for five years. Then in the Michael Jackson child molestation case of 2001, Rowe’s alleged threatening to regain custody; that net her an addition $4 million plus a $900,000 house.

The report claims:

“This would be it. This takes away any rights she has to challenge custody at any given time. If something happens to Katherine, [Rowe] can’t challenge the next [guardian], whether that be Diana Ross or someone in the family.”

But legal analysts contend all this week that despite what Rowe contracts she never permanently gives up custody and can revisit the contract again.
