Leona Lewis with Led Zeppelin’s Jimmy Page have been added to the names of British representatives for the Beijing Olympics Closing Ceremonies. Leona Lewis will give with Page a performance in the Beijing Olympics Closing Event alongside Boris Johnson, mayor of London, host of the next Summer Olympics.

Pop singer Leona Lewis is from Hackney, East London. She is reported to be singing a duet with Led Zeppelin’s Jimmy Page during the Closing Ceremony, the song yet not known. That’s a huge honor for Lewis, just 23, who will be seen by 150 million people worldwide.

Meantime more details about David Beckham’s Olympic entrance during the ceremony are now coming out. Beckham, 33, will enter the Bird’s Nest on a Routemaster double decker bus where he will come out with children of the world.

Johnson will receive the flag as the host of the next Olympics game. PLUS! … There is said to be a show in Trafalgar Square with street events in 10 British cities to be telecast during the Olympic closer.

David Beckham will appear in the closing of the Beijing Olympics. David Beckham will represent England in the closing ceremony next week.

London hosts the 2012 Olympic Games.

Beckham was very proud to be given the honor of the closing ceremony and function as the transfer from Beijing to London. “He was very involved in the London bid to get it,” a source tells People Magazine. “As a Londoner he is incredibly proud that the Olympics will be in London. He is passionate about it and looking forward to the games in 2012.”

David Beckham (pictured above for Motorola) is a group of famous Brit who will appear in the Beijing Olympics Closing Ceremony this August 24.

Is any woman not a fan of David Beckham? Dita Von Teese, the stunning queen of burlesque, was reportedly “thrilled” to receive a text message from David Beckham, reports one mag today.

The Daily Mail claims that Dita was “thrilled” when she got a text message from Beckham.

However, don’t think there is anything more to it than that. Reportedly Teese is Poshee’s friend and has never met Becks. “Dita is really Victoria’s friend,” his spokesperson explained. “I think David and Dita have met only once.”

Tiger Woods will by 2010 be the world’s first billionaire who made his money solely from sports, says a new report by Forbes Magazine.

But the report is very problematic.

Forbes claims that most of Wood’s lifetime earnings was not from actual sporting events that he won but from business deals off the green, namely endorsements.

Woods reportedly has earned 750 million dollars in endorsement deals already.

Woods is 32 years old and is close to breaking Jack Nicklaus’ record of 18 major championship wins. (He currently is at 14 major championship wins). Woods earned 115 million dollars in 2007.

Who was second? David Beckham at 65 million dollars.

Big congrats to Tiger!

“It will be an unprecedented occurrence,” the magazine said. “There are plenty of billionaires who have excelled at sports like Switzerland’s richest man and champion sailor Ernesto Bertarelli. But there are no billionaires who accumulated their fortune by playing sports.”

“Gordon Ramsay at The London” opened tonight as the new restaurant by Gordon Ramsay, star of Fox’s “Hell’s Kitchen” and “Kitchen Nightmares”, inside the new The London West Hollywood hotel.The London is where that trashy The Bel-Age hotel use to be off of the Sunset Strip, behind Johnny Depp’s Viper Room.

The celebrity grand opening tonight featured Eric McCormack, Jeff Probst, Kim Kardashian and David Beckman.

Why West Hollywood for Ramsay?

“It’s less aggressive than New York,” he tells AP. “Vegas? I don’t want to play my card in Las Vegas. It’s materialistic. Here, it’s proper. I’m very happy to be here. Everything is in abundance in California.”

The restaurant was two years, yes TWO years, in the making.

Ramsay, a former professional soccer player himself, said he and Beckham “go back a long way. It’s nice having him here. He’s going to be cooking in (the) kitchen tomorrow night.”

And get this?

The winner of the fourth season of “Hell’s Kitchen” will get a job as as senior sous-chef at in the restaurant with $250,000 salary.

The show’s finale is July 8.

Can you digest the news of a Posh Spice Wine? Yes, Victoria and David Beckham have reportedly bought their own winery in California to make wine called Chateau Posh wine.

Of course, what else are they going to do with their money. It was David’s idea who spent reportedly in excess of seven figures for the bithday gift. Only one catch ..

.. the wine is only for the elite inner circle of the Becks.

“They plan to bottle Chateau Posh wine but will keep it for themselves and friends. LA Galaxy ace David unveiled the surprise last month on holiday with showbiz pals TOM CRUISE, KATIE HOLMES, SEAL, HEIDI KLUM, KATE BECKINSALE and LEN WISEMAN.”

No report yet if there is a sporty or ginger flavored spice wine coming soon.

“Hi everyone,

It’s great to be back in LA.

I really enjoyed the tour to Asia. It was a great chance for the team to bond and get our fitness levels up before the new season. It was also a chance for Ruud Gullit and the coaching staff to get some of their tactical ideas across and I think we played some great soccer.

We’ve now only one friendly left against FC Dallas until the new MLS season begins at the end of the month. Obviously, I didn’t get to play there last season, so I’m really looking forward to the match. Dallas has such a rich sporting history with the Cowboys of the NFL and the Mavericks in the NBA, so it’ll be great to go there and play their soccer team.

Anyway, that’s all for now.
