LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – Danielle Staub could be returning to Real Housewives of New Jersey. Danielle Staub, when asked if she is returning to RHONJ, told news this week that no deal has been inked. But for one year, countless news reports have claimed that Bravo and Staub have been taping segments to be used in reunion telecast. In fact, not only have cast members been bringing up Staub over the last year, so too has Andy Cohen.

First, Danielle Staub has not left the collective discourse between the RHNOJ cast. Earlier this year, Laurita and Giudice took to BravoTv.com and Facebook to feud about Staub yet again. During one matter, Laurita re-linked to her post about Staub last season.

As Bravo prepares viewers for the return of the new season of RHONJ, one previous storyline is making news, yet again, today. When Cop without a Badge suddenly became the storyline-by-ambush tactic of May 2009, news reporters clamored to get a copy of the book. Soon, Cop without a Badge became one of the biggest sought after out-of-print book of the month. Bravo said at the time “Next week, we learn that Danielle, and possibly her mug shot, is featured in the now out-of-print “Cop Without a Badge,” the true-life story of a former con turned criminal informant. “

LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – Danielle Staub and Melissa Gorga were sending messages about Teresa Giudice during last season, claims Staub. Melissa Gorga allegedly fed Danielle Staub allegations about Teresa Giudice for last season that became the source of the fight between Staub and Giudice on the 2010 reunion show, Staub asserts. Tonight, Melissa Gorga will tell her side of the story. Despite what Gorga tells fans tonight, it was her child that was the subject of the monstrous fight on last season’s reunion.

On August 31, 2010, LALATE revealed that the Teresa “Don’t bring up my family!” remark was in reference to Melissa Gorga’s child. At the time, Gorga was of course not on the show. Giudice would never tell news which family member she was referring to.

During that 2010 reunion, Danielle Staub asked Teresa, seated directly across from her, “Did you acknowledge your nephew?” While initial reports thought that Giudice responded “Do not break up my family”, LALATE clarified that Teresa said “Don’t bring up my family”.

Thereafter, Giudice on her blog confirmed the LALATE report as correct. “For the record, I said “Do not BRING up my family” not “break up” – she could never break up my family, but she does need to keep their names out of her mouth.”

Teresa furthered detailed the nephew issue. “In April, my newest nephew was born off camera. (No, not Jacqueline’s baby; Jacq and I are not related.) And no he’s not sick. He’s perfect and beautiful and we’re blessed to have him in our lives. If you all remember, I was scheduled to do the live Bravo Chat Bubble for a Real Housewives of New York episode the night he was born, and I was at the hospital so long, I was late logging in. So, yes, of course I was at the hospital when he was born!”

Teresa never named the nephew, simply saying she did acknowledge him and twittered his arrival with her fans. “Did you see my face, how confused I was? At first, I had no idea what she was talking about because I was there and my 90,000 Twitter followers were kind of at the hospital with me that day too. But then I realized what she was saying – that she had been digging around my extended family and trying to find dirt on me and defame them. And I just had it. I will not stand for that (or sit still anyway).”

That was then. Suddenly in August 2011, the whole feud reemerged after Danielle Staub sought to expose the alleged messages between Melissa Gorga and her last season allegedly behind Teresa’ back. On August 9, Danielle Staub contacted Andy Cohen about Teresa. Teresa told fans “Last night on the WWHL after show Andy read me a tweet from Danielle Staub (!)”.

Teresa detailed further what the message from Danielle to Gorga stated. “@melissagorga Melissa Did you ever tell Teresa you were contacting me constantly? Did you tell Tre you wanted to come on with me last season To get back at her? and every time you & Tre’s brother begged me to come on w me-I said no!” Giudice at the time was unsure if the message was true. “I have no idea if it’s true, but I pray it’s not. I want nothing more than my family back… I wish I could magically fix it, but it’s gonna take time & trust & lots of prayers.”

In advance of Gorga joining the cast, multiple reports claimed that Teresa allegedly lobbied Bravo not to add Gorga to the cast. But Teresa told news “This whole thing–Melissa & Kathy coming on the show to provoke me, Melissa suddenly singing, my brother suddenly having a problem w/ me, him leaving on Christmas–was all a shock to me. I can’t fake my feelings. I think you can tell from my face on each episode how I look like I just walked into a trap.”

Since then, more alleged messages between Melissa Gorga and Danielle Staub have been revealed. “@bravoandy @bravotv is this true? Maybe I should show everyone what @melissagorga wrote my fb inbox about Teresa?” Staub claims Gorga wrote her the message ”will you (DS) help me expose Teresa and Joe please?”

Reportedly Teresa thereafter believed the alleged exchange between Gorga and Staub did occur. “But someone else was tweeting tonight too. Thank you @daniellestaub for telling the truth. I’m sad but not surprised.”

Staub, however, claims that Gorga has since tried to deny the communications. “Be careful dear I saved all your lengthy emails and recorded your calls to me you sure you wanna lie?”

LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – Teresa Giudice battled an alleged Danielle Staub Melissa Gorga tweet this week on WWHL with Andy Cohen. Teresa Giudice and Danielle Staub both since Spring 2011 have said they want each other out of their lives. Staub told news she is shocked that Teresa Giudice recently informed press that wants to reconnect with Danielle. But this week, the two, through Andy Cohen, “reconnected” in a whole new way.

Danielle Staub is gone from Jersey Housewives. But this season, she is often referenced. Caroline Manzo this month evokes a Staub stab during a feud with Kim G (Kim Granatell).

In February, in a bizarre interview, Teresa was asked if she still thinks about Danielle. Teresa’s response was simple “I kinda miss [Danielle].” Staub’s response was that she wants Teresa out of her life, stating “the feeling isn’t mutual”.

So in a surprise moment this week, Danielle Staub contacted Cohen about Teresa. Giudice on Monday told fans the following remark (with the noted punctuation). “Last night on the WWHL after show Andy read me a tweet from Danielle Staub (!)”.

Teresa details further; “@melissagorga Melissa Did you ever tell Teresa you were contacting me constantly? Did you tell Tre you wanted to come on with me last season To get back at her? and every time you & Tre’s brother begged me to come on w me-I said no!”

Giudice is unsure if the message was true. “I have no idea if it’s true, but I pray it’s not. I want nothing more than my family back… I wish I could magically fix it, but it’s gonna take time & trust & lots of prayers.” Giudice has been vocal to news that the show is not staged this season, that she feels the show was cast this season to “provoke” her, and that her feelings depicted on the series are very real.

“This whole thing–Melissa & Kathy coming on the show to provoke me, Melissa suddenly singing, my brother suddenly having a problem w/ me, him leaving on Christmas–was all a shock to me. I can’t fake my feelings. I think you can tell from my face on each episode how I look like I just walked into a trap.”

LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – Caroline Manzo has rid herself of Danielle Staub’s war, but now a new ratings war is growing, as Dina Manzo and Danielle Staub battle for viewers with all new reality shows premiering this July one day apart from each other. While New Jersey Housewives this week move to Sunday nights, it’s there that the Manzos could soon battle Danielle Staub with her own support from ironically … Three 6 Mafia.

On July 10, Staub and Three 6 Mafia join the case of the hideously unoriginal concept “Famous Food” for VH-1. For the series, the producers take one existing notable eatery, close its doors, and reopen with a new name aided by a cast of characters. Tables won’t be flipped in this show. Rather the cast includes Heidi Montag, Jake Pavelka (“The Bachelor”), and Vincent Pastore (“The Sopranos”). The show ironically airs at 10 PM EST.

One day later, Dina Manzo premieres in a new show, with a new network. On July 11, Manzo joins Food Network personality Paula Deen, Nate Berkus and Kathy Ireland to become the judges for HGTV “Design Star” sixth season. Thom Filicia and Robert and Cortney Novogratz will guest judge. Former ‘HGTV Design Star’ winner David Bromstad will join the cast.
