Cynthia Rodriguez Settlement

Cynthia Rodriguez has reached a divorce settlement. Cynthia Rodriguez’s settlement has left the Yankees’ wife “quite happy”. Cynthia’s settlement comes following a public divorce with Alex Rodriguez last summer.

The settlement resulted in Cynthia Rodriguez’s attorney issuing the following statement today

“Cynthia is in New York for a few days and quite happy with the divorce settlement. It is all settled and each Rodriguez is ready to move on”.

C-Rod is 35, A-Rod is 33. Terms of the settlement are not disclosed but C-Rod was seeking their Florida $12 million mansion and a cut of A-Rod’s earnings during their marriage.

“Cynthia and Alex Rodriguez have amicably resolved their dissolution of marriage proceedings. They deliberately engaged in a private negotiation. During the negotiations and resolution all decisions were made with the best interests of their children as the paramount concern,” said both sides today.

Lots of money. Lots of women. And now, lots of wiretaps? Cynthia Rodriguez wants to know if Alex Rodriguez was taping her with wiretaps. It’s the C-Rod v. A-Rod tape debate!

C-Rod’s attorneys are asking for production of any surveillance that did or did not occur by A-Rod of his wife. The request is for “or other electronic surveillance conducted by you or others on your behalf.”

And even a bigger surprise - Madonna did not show up to Alex Rodriguez’s All-Star game. But the manager Madonna and Rodriguez both share did.

Cynthia Rodriguez is seeking their $12 million waterfront mansion in Coral Gables, a luxury SUV, alimony and financial support for their two young daughters.

Rodriguez is in the first year of 10 year deal as baseball’s highest paid player. His 10 year contract is for $275 million.

Cynthia Rodriguez is reportedly threatening to release alleged text messages between Madonna and her husband Alex Rodriguez. Reports are giving details into the alleged text message between A-Rod and Madonna.

Madonna denies any affair with A-Rod. Cythia Rodriguez says there was nothing sexual between A-Rod and Madonna.

So what’s the big deal with text messages then?

Claims one magazine, “THE wife of baseball star A-ROD is threatening to release his texts to MADONNA.Cynthia Rodriguez, 34, who has hit the New York Yankee with a £50million divorce suit, has copies of the messages New York Yankee Alex sent the married singer.A source said: “They were instrumental in convincing her that he was besotted. The messages could be released if things get really ugly.” “

Similarly, FOX News is reporting that US Weekly claims “A-Rod has been “in love” with Madonna since at least January. At dinner with a friend in Miami that month, the Yankees third baseman “began tittering like a smitten schoolboy” over text messages with a woman, according to Us. “He kept smiling, acting as if he was a little kid,” A-Rod’s friend reportedly told Us. “He told me it was Madonna. I was shocked He proceeded to say he was in love with her, but I thought he was kidding,” the friend said. “But he wasn’t.” In February, the friend said, A-Rod told him, “She’s my f—ing soulmate, dude!” “

NEW PICTURE! Candice Houlihan’s photo has hit the net, an alleged mistress of Alex Rodriguez. Now Houlihan is coming out in support of A-Rod’s wife Cynthia Rodriguez who filed for divorce Monday as first predicted by LALATE last weekend.

Houlihan claims she and A-Rod had “encounters” twice in 2004 while Cynthia was pregnant with their first child. Candice tells the Boston Herald: “A leopard doesn’t change his spots. Good for her, I think she’s doing the smart thing. And she’ll probably get tons of cash.”Candace says she and A-Rod met at game at Fenway Park, which then went to a club, and shots, and more shots, and then, a homerun.

“It was killing me and I felt bad afterwards. I’m not a bad person. I know how it feels to be cheated on, it sucks. But a couple of drinks later, I didn’t notice all that much, to tell you the truth.”

RARE! This Sunday Madonna has given a rare personal response to a stunning allegation from Alex Rodriguez’s wife Cynthia Rodriguez. Madonna says she did not have an affair with A-Rod and did not cause the breakup of Cynthia and A-Rod. Do you believe Madonna or Cynthia Rodriguez?

Here is what Madonna says, not through a publicist, but in her own words.

First about widespread reports that Madonna and Guy Ritchie are separating, Madonna says “My husband and I are not planning on getting a divorce.” Why does Madonna and her rep use the word “divorce” and not “separation” or “split”? Most widespread reports alleged a Madonna and Ritchie split or separation, not a divorce.About A-Rod, Madonna says the following: “I know Alex Rodriguez through Guy Oseary, who manages both of us. I brought my kids to a Yankee game. I am not romantically involved in any way with Alex Rodriguez. I have nothing to do with the state of his marriage or what spiritual path he may choose to study.”

Madonna also says: “I have learned over the years not to take accusations and the many false reports about me very seriously. I also appreciate how fiction and fact seem to be perceived as one and the same by people who read both newspapers and the Internet.”

What does that mean? That newspapers have fact and internet has fiction?

Alex Cynthia Rodriguez DIVORCE

JUST IN: Cynthia Rodriguez will file for divorce from Alex Rodriguez tomorrow Monday and will claim an alleged affair between Rodriguez and Madonna was the “final straw” in their marriage. Cynthia claims A-Rod and Madonna did have an affair. Madonna denies the allegation.

Cynthia’s lawyer Earle Lilly says this weekend. “I’m sure you’ve heard rumors of the relationship he’s had with Madonna - that’s the straw that broke the camel’s back,” Lilly tells Us. “She’s been fighting these terrible, demonic problems for two years and they don’t go away.”

“Call it an affair, call it a relationship,” Lilly says, “[she’s put] up and tolerated his misconduct.”

“Last year it was published he was with the other woman, and this [Madonna] is the final straw”.

The couple had a prenup. A-Rod is reportedly worth close to a billion dollars.

Cynthia claims A-Rod hasn’t seen his daughter Ella more than once in several weeks. Ella was born in April.

Sad. It’s the children who are always most hurt by these divorces.

BREAKING: Cynthia Rodriguez, A-Rod’s wife, believes Madonna had an affair with her husband. Despite that, Cynthia says she still loves her husband.Alex Rodriguez’s wife allegedly confessed her belief of a Madonna Rodriquez affair to her friend.

Says one magazine: ” “I believe he was having an affair with Madonna,” she told a friend, who spoke anonymously for fear of angering A-Rod. “She said she found a letter where Alex told Madonna: ‘You are my true soulmate.’”…. Despite the sleepless nights and jags of tears, Cynthia Rodriguez is telling friends, “I still love my husband.” “

Madonna’s reps have said “no divorce” is happening between her and Guy Ritchie and “no affair” happened between A-Rod and Madonna who have the same manager.

Reportedly, the baseball player angered his wife by showing up 10 minutes after she gave birth to their child Ella Alexander and then only spent one day with her before returning to the Yankees.

Earlier this week, Madonna and husband Guy Ritchie, allegedly on the outs, made a convenient public appearance at a New York restaurant holding hands for the camera. Ritchie is also reported to be prepping a major 50th birthday party for Madonna in England.
