Michael Jackson turns fifty today but isn’t throwing a birthday party, at least not for press.

That’s not Michael’s style. Jackson has remained private with virtually no appearances, except Christian Audigier’s recent birthday party, the last few years.

People are reporting about Michael’s 50th birthday today with negativity, implying his health is in question because he’s too skinny. Please!

People still love Michael Jackson. At 50, he looks pretty darn good. His choice of wardrobe - well, that’s a different matter.

FASHION LABEL: Michael Jackson, who has basically worn the same silly outfit for thirty years, is starting a fashion label with Christian Audigier (Ed Hardy) that will be sold only at Kitson. (One store is far more than enough.)

Rumors of a Christian Audigier Britney Spears fashion label are hot again. Why?

Spears hit up LALATE’s fav designer Christian Audigier’s 50th birthday party bash last night here in Los Angeles.As reported to you several months back, Audigier (”Ed Hardy”) is in early talks with Spears to have her own label. Spears reportedly has a background of designing and making clothes herself.

There’s love in Kentwood as  Britney Spears is currently en route to join sister Jamie Lynn Spears for her Jamie Lynn’s baby shower. Britney will join at the baby shower mom Lynne Spears and Jamie Lynn reportedly to occur this weekend at Lynne’s home on Saturday.This is perhaps the first trip by Spears out of Los Angeles in months, perhaps since that first infamous overnight flight with Adnan Ghalib to Mexico back last winter. Spears reportedly still owns a mansion in Kentwood where sister Jamie Lynn has been allegedly been staying during her pregnancy.
