Joyce Hawkins, Chris Brown’s mother, reportedly admitted this weekend that Rihanna and Chris Brown are “dating” ! and the Rihanna is the best girlfriend Chris Brown has ever had!

Only one problem: Rihanna just days ago said she’s not in love with anyone.

OUCH!

Hawkins, according to a source, was reportedly overheard saying this weekend,

” “Rihanna is the sexiest and sweetest girl Chris has ever dated.” says reports. ” And for once, the superprivate lovebirds weren’t so private during their hour-or-so-long visit to the lounge. “They came through holding hands and kissing each other on the neck,” says the source. “

But last week, Rihanna told EXTRA she wasn’t in love with Chris.

Says Extra:

“[The] hottest singer, lit up the Empire State Building yesterday in support of her “Good Girl Gone Bad: Reloaded” CD, and she confessed to our AJ Calloway that she’s not in love.” And EXTRA added:”Somebody tell Chris Brown!”

….. maybe also tell mom?!

Did you catch Rihanna’s new Tattoo this morning? Singer Rihanna showed off some new ink this morning on the Today Show. The new tattoo is on her left shoulder.

Back in April, LALATE broke to you those rear tattoos on Rihanna and Chris Brown. While Brown and Rihanna use to have similar tattoos on their neck, Rihanna’s tattoo on the back has moved progressively lower, no longer matching Chris’ ink.

Rihanna loves her ink. But does she love her ink more than Chris Brown?

Move over Paris Hilton. It’s all Kira Plastinina now. The 16 year old Heiress turned designer, from Russian money, has arrived in Los Angeles in true A list celebrity company.And if you don’t know who Kira Plastinina is, or how to pronounce her name, learn fast, because she is jumping fast up on LALATE’s celebrity charts.

Plastinia threw a party that Paris Hilton would envy, featuring Chris Brown on the pink carpet and performing her version of girlfriend Rihanna’s song “Umbrella”.

Ladies, eat your heart out.

Also in attendance was “don’t ask us if we are dating” Hayden Panettiere and Milo Ventimiglia arriving hand in hand but chosing to pose for pictures separately. Also there Adrian Grenier, LALATE’s fav fav Hills girl Audrina Patridge, Katy Perry and JoJo.

Kira opened a new store at the Beverly Center and has a U.S. website too now (http://www.kiraplastinina.us).

Reportedly she is the daughter of a Russian orange juice mogul. But if you try to find out more about her on wikipedia, good luck. So far only one one sentence about it. LALATE will hope to change that.

LALATE readers know their stuff. The two most popular music celebrities on LALATE.com all this Spring, Chris Brown and Clay Aiken, now this weekend have the two most dominating positions on AOL Music Charts.

Both Chris Brown and Clay Aiken were covered in early 2008 LALATE TELEVISION broadcasts of the “LALATE Minute” in advance of Aiken’s “On My Way Here” and Brown’s ”Exclusive (Forever Edition)”.

Chris Brown MTV Movie Awards

Chris Brown’s outfit for the MTV Movie Awards pulls a Michael Jackson that is causing a lot of negative net chatter right now. Chris Brown has tried to push himself as the prince of pop but dressing this way is a mistake, whether it is just a performance on stage or not.The outfit says Michael Jackson Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band. But do you see Michael Jackson wearing Bono’s sunglasses? Or Ludacris wearing Ne-Yo’s hat? Or Jay-Z rockin’ 50 cent’s look?

This outfit is a mistake.

The jacket is great but not for Chris. Chris’ outfits for awardsshows lately have tried to hard. Brown is a good looking kid. He needs to just fine comfort in his own style.

And even if this jacket was his own style, the jacket is just tacky. The workmanship is lacking, it’s not an attractive look, the raised color looks like a leftover from the movie Grease. It’s a dorky look.

Brown looks great himself. But his outfit looks horrible.

Rihanna Music History

Rihanna is set to make music History.

Rihanna will make music history this week with the biggest jump to number one of to number one on the Billboard Hot 100 ever for a female artist. Perhaps all the hanging around Chris Brown hasn’t hurt her publicity.

LALATE can report that her single “Take a Bow” is expected to go to number one from just 53. Why? she moved 267,000 digital downloads!

Overall this will be the second largest jump ever, trailing Maroon 5 that went to number 1 from 64 with “Makes Me Wonder”.

Chris Brown fans on LALATE are more furious than ever over the never ending Chris Brown Rihanna story. Chris Brown fans on LALATE are not having it any better now than day one.LALATE was the first to report Brown and Rihanna hanging out together months before mainstream press ever got wind of the two.

Brown quickly called Rihanna a “friend” and nothing more.

Quickly, Chris Brown fans stormed the comment pages of LALATE NEWS furious about seeing Brown with Rihanna.

In a February 2008 article, LALATE reported how fans how escalated their anger over the constant spotting of Brown and Rihanna together.

Over the net couple months, despite repeatedly being seen with Rihanna, kissing her, and hugging her, Brown maintained the two are just friends.

But while Brown is clearly enjoying himself, fans are not enjoying what they see.Fans on LALATE are furious over the Brown-Rihanna matter on several different levels.

1. Fans believe that Brown has not been honest to them about his “no industry girls” promise.

LALATE readers are leaving messages referencing a 2007 interview by Brown to Vibe Magazine in which Brown allegedly promised his fans he would not date another industry girl. In the magazine story, Vibe asked Brown about singer Ciara “When asked about her, his face “curls up as if he’d just noticed a foul odor,” Vibe observed. “I don’t want Ciara,” Brown said. “I don’t want any industry girl.” He’d prefer a “regular girl” — that is, provided she’s also “a model.” “

2. Fans are also upset that Brown has not been forthcoming about him and Rihanna.

Brown rather than refusing to comment on his personal life (as most celebrities do) has been bold in saying that him and Rihanna are just friends. Fans are not believing it and upset he won’t just admit it while crushing their hearts being constantly snapped with Rihanna.

Most fans on LALATE express they are fans forever despite Rihanna, but that they have been emotionally crushed by the constant spottings of Brown and Rihanna together.

Daily, Brown fans are storming up LALATE pages in big numbers leaving their anger of the situation.
