en vivo live score results today Honduras vs Mexico 2013: Chicharito Javier Hernandez Scores Earlyl

LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – Honduras vs Mexico 2013 (en vivo live score results below) just got its first goal moments ago. Chicharito Javier Hernándezs scored early for Mexico today in a critical Copa Mundial qualifier.

With an assist by Guardado, Chicharito scored only twenty-eight minutes into today’s match. The game is a critical match for Mexico, news analysts note. While the team has won three of their last five games overall, Mexico did not win their first qualifier in this round. Jamaica gave Mexico a draw previously in these Copa Mundial futbol qualifiers.

Chicharito delivered a header for a goal today. His shot came after other goal attempts by both teams in the first half. News analysts note that only eight minutes earlier Mario Roberto MartĂnez missed a left footer for Honduras. Mexican star Giovani dos Santos has been active today as well. He delivered a goal attempt at eighteen minutes.

So far with roughly thirty minutes having passed today, Mexico has had the ball more often and taken more shots. Honduras has four fouls against it so far, Mexico only two. The Mexicans have had possession fifty-six percent of the time and taken six shots on the goal, more than the Hondurans.

Sir Alex Ferguson once said of his Man United star “With Hernandez he gives you that penetration and speed.” Wayne Rooney has said of Javier “Me and him do a lot of finishing after sessions to try and keep progressing and getting better.” For live score results today click HERE.

Mexico vs Brazil 2011 Game Today Renews Classic Rivalry

Mexico vs Brazil 2011 Game Today Renews Classic Rivalry

LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – The Mexico vs Brazil 2011 futbol game today (en vivo 9:30 PM EST) is overshadowing all the qualifying World Cup matches Tuesday. While Mexico vs Brazil 2011 bares no significance for the Copa Mundial qualifying standings, it is generating the most news coverage and fan excitement; today’s game will be a critical test of both team’s offenses. Mexico vs Brazil today is a rare showdown for the powerhouse of Javier Hernandez (Chicharito) and teammates who have not faced a formidable opponent in recent months since their Copa Oro win with Giovani Dos Santos and Pablo Barrera. And while Mexico has faltered throughout the summer, today will be ultimate test how good this team is coming into its own qualifying matches this fall.

In the Copa America, Mexico was less than stellar, losing to Chile, then Peru, and then Uruguay. But when the team had its full lineup healthy for the Gold Cup (Copa Oro) in June, it won the tournament. Mexico destroyed Costa Rica, narrowed a win against Guatemala, had a draw against Colombia, and then went on to defeat Honduras and team USA in the semi-finals and quarterfinals respectively.

But international friendlies have not been as impressive for team Mexico. Mexico was shut out by the inconsistent Venezuelans in June, and then earned a draw against USA and Poland in recent weeks. Its most recent match was a narrow 1-0 win against the Chileans in September.

Brazil, in contrast, hasn’t played that many games this year, overall. In International Friendly games, Brazil has been strong, however, but weak against good opponents. While Brazil lost to France and Germany this year, Brazil earned a draw against Argentina in one match and defeated Argentina in another.

But Brazil’s Copa America appearance also shocked news. Brazil’s earlier rounds of the Copa were filled with draws against Venezuela and Paraguay; ultimately the team was eliminated in a quarterfinals showdown against Paraguay.

Both teams enter today’s match after recent wins. Neymar delivered the game winning goal for Brazil against Costa Rica last week; Guardado did the same for Mexico against Chile the month before.

The key of the Mexican team, however, is their ability to adapt. During the Copa Oro, Chicharito told news that adaptability is critical to winning. “Yes, and thank God for that, it was a complicated match and we had to struggle to get through, but we made it.” And the Mexican sensation told news “I’m not obsessed with goals. The goals are the result of the work of the whole team. The forwards only have the good fortune to score them”. Mexico vs Brazil 2011: Chicharito Battles Neymar in International Friendly

Mexico vs Brazil 2011: Chicharito Battles Neymar in International Friendly

LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – Mexico vs Brazil 2011 (en vivo 9:30 PM EST) battle in Tuesday’s International Friendly match. While Mexico vs Brazil 2011 is certainly not a FIFA World Cup (Copa Mundial) qualifying match, it may very well become the most watched soccer game tomorrow. News reporters’ heads and certainly soccer fans’ eyes are popping out from the packed schedule of soccer games Tuesday. There are nearly three dozen games in less than twelve hours from the European Championship Qualifying matches, the World Cup Qualifying games from the CONMEBOL, and the World Cup Qualifying football matches for the CONCACAF, to name a few. But one of the most anticipated game tomorrow is not even a qualifier: the international friendly of Mexico vs Brazil.

In fact, in recent months, despite the powerhouse of the Mexicans with Javier Hernandez, the incredible strength of Pablo Barrera, and the versatility of Giovanni Dos Santos, Mexico has struggled. It had a draw against USA, even a draw against Poland, and then a recent win against Chile. But the Brazilians have struggled as well. They had one draw and one win against Argentina, and one win against Costa Rica.

While lineups are not yet announced for tomorrow, Chicharito confirmed last Friday to news that will take the field against Brazil. “Chicharito is called to play with Mexico Team against Brazil on October 11″ his reps said in a news statement Friday.

Javier will battle against the powerhouse of Neymar. In recent international friendly matches, Neymar has delivered five goals, Javier Hernandez has produced seven.

But the key for the Mexicans tomorrow is their passing. Pablo Barrera is their best asset, with four assists on International Friendly action and Javier Hernandez with two. Chicharito delivered the goal in the draw against Poland and Oribe Peralta delivered the shot in the draw against the USA. Click HERE for live updates tomorrow.

Wayne Rooney and Javier Hernandez Injuries Plague Man United

LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – Manchester United injuries are growing with Wayne Rooney and Javier Hernandez “Chicharito” joining the list. But Sir Alex Ferguson tells news and fans that these injuries are not serious. Wayne Rooney has a hamstring injury. Chicharito was injured during Saturday’s match (video below).

Ferguson wouldn’t give a timeline for any player today. But he says Rooney definitely won’t be out for more than a week. “It’s difficult to say [how long Rooney will be out for]. It’s not a serious hamstring injury but I don’t think he’ll be available for next week. I think he’ll be out for more than a week.”

Ferguson was unhappy to face off against Stoke with so many injured players and leave with more. By Sunday, the injured list included Carrick, Evans and Hernandez along with Nemanja Vidic, Chris Smalling, Rafael, Tom Cleverley and Darron Gibson. Rio Ferdinand and Danny Welbeck returned to action Saturday. Jonny Evans was injured in training this week and Javier against Stoke.

Javier was injured after a tackle Saturday by Jonathan Woodgate. Ferguson said of Hernandez’s injury “It is not easy. With Hernandez he gives you that penetration and speed. That was a loss. Jonny got an ankle injury in training. We had a nightmare of a training session on Friday – Michael Carrick, Wayne Rooney, Jonny Evans.” He added “Jonny thought he would be okay but in the warm-up it was no use. We had to make that change.”

Chicharito Injured During Stoke City vs. Manchester United Gamel

LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – Javier Hernandez was injured during Saturday’s Stoke City vs. Manchester United Game. Chicharito’s injury sidelined the Man United star as he team went on to end with a 1-1 final score today.
Chicharito was injured during a early tackle by Jonathan Woodgate. Wayne Rooney was also unable to play due to a reported hamstring injury.

Man United jumped to an early lead after a goal by Nani at the twenty-second minute. But after Peter Crouch scored for Stoke City at the fifty-second minute, Man United was unable to recuperate.

After recent criticisms, David de Gea was stellar today. He blocked strong goal attempts by Andy Wilkinson and Jon Walters. But today’s draw was not good news for Man United. Coming into Saturday it had a perfect record so far for this Barclays Premier League season. Now Man City will jump into first place after a win against Everton 2-0.

Man United says of today’s outcome the following. “Defeat would have been harsh on either side, and both can reflect on a hard-earned share of the spoils.” They added “Stoke may well celebrate their first Premier League point taken at United’s expense, but Sir Alex’s men will be far from dissatisfied with taking tangible reward from one of the most inhospitable away fixtures of the season.”

Bolton vs. Manchester United 2011: Wayne Rooney Hopes for Chicharito Starting

Bolton vs. Manchester United 2011: Wayne Rooney Hopes for Chicharito Starting

LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – When Bolton vs Manchester United 2011 kicks off this Saturday, Wayne Rooney is anxious for one outcome, besides winning. Rooney is hoping that Javier Hernandez (Chicharito) starts Saturday, or at least gets to share time on the field with him against Bolton. Fans of Chicharito have called him one of the most enduring personalities of soccer today. But in a news interview today, Rooney gives nothing but stunning praise for Hernandez.

Chicharito suffered a concussion during Man United’s U.S. Tour. And while Chicharito is back in pure form, his starting position isn’t. Chicharito most recently scored against Poland; now he’s hoping to start for Man United once again, against Bolton (en vivo 9:30 am PST).

For months, LALATE has detailed how Chicharito’s work ethic is unlike other players. Now Rooney today opens up more about that immense drive. “Me and him do a lot of finishing after sessions to try and keep progressing and getting better.”

On a personal level, Rooney says he’s one of the kindest and humblest players he has ever seen. But on a professional level, Rooney says that Chicharito has immense speed that makes defending him next to impossible.

In an interview with MUTV, Rooney says “I’m sure people will know a bit more about him this year but his movement is so good it’s difficult to defend against.” Rooney explains that some players suffer a second season slump after other teams learn your style. But Rooney doesn’t anticipate that for Javier. “It won’t be easy for players to defend against him whether they know about him or not.”
