Albemarle House Foreclosure Strikes Patricia Kluge

Albemarle House Foreclosure Strikes Patricia Kluge

NEW YORK (LALATE) – Albemarle House is heading to a foreclosure auction February 16 reports local news. Albemarle House for Patricia Kluge, the ex-wife of the late John Kluge, is the latest in a series of troubled assets. But for a property as important as Albemarle House, the glory of a legendary property may have finally come to an end.

Albemarle House had no buyers in 2009 when Kluge put it on the market. At a price tag of $100 million, buyers just weren’t interested, even though the seller boasted the property as “one of the most important” homes in American, not just today, but “since the Golden Age”.

What was Kluge to do?

News reports claim that buyers didn’t wish to pay a golden price tag for the eight bedroom, twenty-four thousand square foot mansion in Charlottesville, Virginia. So Kluge slashed the price to $48 million.

While the home (photo here) is near Monticello, buyers (and perhaps even tourists) still didn’t come. With a $23 million loan against the mansion, Kluge had to come up with another idea. News claim she next listed the home now for a “bargain” price of $24 million. A home that had drawn historians was now attracting  dire financial news.

The bank had enough. It’s set to sell it in a foreclosure auction February 16.

Kluge was once called “The Richest Brit in Virginia”. Now her Albemarle House is making news as the most discounted, mortgaged estate in Virginia.

PHOTO! Here again is a picture of Evander and Candi Holyfield’s mansion. Evander Holyfield’s celebrity mansion hit news in 2008. But today, report of happiness in the mansion.

Candi dropped a sought protective order against Evander. She reportedly previously told press:

“[He] hit me in the face, the back of my head twice and in my back… He got up and turned the light on and started looking at my face and told me he was sorry, that he knew he shouldn’t have done that.”

The two have resolved their differences reportedly. Now they can find love, while hopefully not loosing themselves, in the above 104 rooms house.

Yes, 104 rooms!

The home boasts 54,000 square feet. Evander was reportedly paid $34,000,000 for his fight against Mike Tyson. The home in 2008 was valued by press at $10 million.

There are several listings for Tiger Woods, many added by different users, of the Windermere property recently covered by air by local press. A quick entry of “Tiger Woods” into the search function lists properties both in the U.S. and elsewhere.

One in Adelaide, Bahamas (BS) gets the following description:

“Albany House has attracted a great deal of attention over the past few months as the new owners Tiger Woods, Ernie Els and the Tavistock Group (owned by Lyford Cay resident Joe Lewis) gear up to develop an ultra-luxurious and exclusive residential community.”

And if you are wondering in Los Angeles – just outside the western entry to Beverly Hills on Sunset Boulevard you can still see, after decades running, celebrity star maps being sold 24/7 to anxious tourists who still prefer to use the old fashion way to go star searching – by paper!

Brady Quinn House for Sale

Brady Quinn says Brown trade rumor are false, he has a girlfriend and is not married, and his house is for sale. Brady Quinn’s house for sale news set NET-FL chatter buzzing Wednesday with concerns the Brown star could be traded.

Quinn comes clean joking he appreciates the publicity for his house’s new sale listing, he’s single, and ile he’s leaving the house he’s staying with the Browns.

Quinn says he’s not married and a fie bedroom vhouse is too large for him and also is located to far from the team’s training location. When asked what his house being for sale indicates anything, he said “it indicates [only that] a house is for sale” and laughed.

While Quinn is moving, Eric Mangini came out swinging at trade rumors and said he’s not moving Brady Quinn. “We’re not looking to move Brady Quinn. Brady is a Cleveland Brown and that’s not anything we’re looking to do.”

But if you are less NFL and more HGTV, here are housing details about the celebrity pad . It’s five bedrooms, five baths, listed at $775,000, and according to Quinn too big for any single guy.
