Multiple reports confirm Jon Gosselin was with Trump Place reps last week looking at a potential pad in the stunning building located in New York City’s upper west side. The building is described as follows:
“With more choices offered in more markets, Equity Residential is America’s Choice for Apartment Living. We’re the largest publicly traded owner, operator and developer of multifamily housing in the U.S., with nearly 200,000 apartments in 32 states and the District of Columbia. We’re an S&P 500 company and we were named “America’s Most Admired Company” by Fortune Magazine.
“We attract the best talent to our top-notch property management teams, who are deeply committed and work diligently for our residents every day. A dedicated professional staff combined with the best of luxury high-rise living. That’s why Trump Place is the sophisticated choice for your next home!”
But what would life be like for the father of Plus 8, no longer in a suburbs mansion and now in a skyrise big city building?
Reports say that there are both apartments to own and rent in the building. But at reported price tag started at $1.5 million, can Gosselin afford that? Or would TLC pick up the tab and continue Plus 8 shooting partially in the Big Apple? No comment by TLC nor Gosselin to the apartment reports.
