The Tarrant County house was bought by the Jonas Brothers’ mom Denise Jonas by power of attorney for the boys on June 12, reports the Dallas Morning News.

Initial details of the house were broke by the DMN. Subsequently, online chatter has reported tonight that these are the pictures of the house. The pictures match up with how the property is set according to map indicators (shown below).The house is located on Wisteria Way, a section of the city of Westlake. It’s nestled inside a private gated community called Vaquero (a term some Los Angelenos will be familiar with).
The home features 6 bedrooms. Photos below show the house features a pool, an expansion game room, gourmet kitchen, movie projection room, stunning woodwork arched beamed ceiling throughout, all set in a dark wood old-world theme. The sales price is not confirmed but was listed at $2.8 million.
An aerial map based upon the DMN’s news article is provided below. It shows that Wisteria is a cul de sac, set upon what appears to be golf course, part of the Vaquero Club community. The house is 7,300-square-feet.
Reports tonight that some anxious teens have already heard of the Jonas Brothers buying in their area, some reports even claiming seeing members in Vaquero. Nick was reportedly born in Dallas, the band grew up in New Jersey, and now live currently here in Los Angeles.
