JUST IN: Carri Lyn Ciamarra is the stunning fitness model who has been asked to take the stand in the Peter Cook trial. But will she? And how about those pictures of Carri Lyn Ciamarra? The model in new photos reportedly is “ab-solutely stunning” and “ultra-buff”.

But as of Monday, those photos are creating quite a confusion. Why? In a new article by the New York Daily News, the magazine writes “She’s ab-solutely stunning! Here’s the first look at ultra-buff fitness model Carri Lyn Ciamarra, the latest of Peter Cook’s bounceback conquests to hit the news.”

“Here’s the first look”? But the article right here however has NO pictures of Carri. Were they removed? Strange.

The article says Carri Lyn Ciamarra “shows off her chiselled six-pack physique in a sexy photo shoot obtained by the Daily News.” But that photo shoot referenced in the article is not currently online.

Ciamarra’s lawyer has reportedly be hitting strong against Christie Brinkley’s legal team. ” “This [trial] is harassment and patently unnecessary,” lawyer Anthony Mangone said. “She wants nothing to do with this [trial].” Ciamarra is due to testify on July 10, but Mangone plans to file a motion to quash the subpoena.”

Did Ciamarra and Cook date? Magone says no comment. The Daily News claims “Ciamarra started dating Cook after he broke up with Brinkley in August 2006 … that puts her somewhere between young lover Diana Bianchi and current main squeeze Suzanne Shaw.” Ciamarra is reportedly 31 and married.

Will she take the stand July 10? And will those pictures reappear?

PHOTOS! Bridget Nisivoccia is the latest woman in the Peter Cook Christie Brinkley divorce trial mess.

Bridget Nisivoccia will reportedly take the stand. Bridget, a beautiful blond interior designer, was reportedly hired to design Cook’s new home in Sag Harbor, L.I.. Why is she being called? Nisivoccia describes her relationship with Cook as purely “professional.” So then, why is she even being called?

Bridget is 36 years old. Bridget is very succesful with offices reportedly in New York, Miami, Los Angeles and the Hamptons. “We have mutual clients and share a professional relationship and a respected friendship,” Nisivoccia told The News.

Meantime, fitness model Carri Lyn Ciamarra is rumored to be fighting a subpoena to testify in the Cook case, while Suzanne Shaw is expected to testify.

ANOTHER AFFAIR?! Reports claim Carri Lyn Ciamarra is now the second alleged mistress of Peter Cook. Christie Brinkley’s divorce against ex husband Peter Cook now has reports that, AFTER an alleged affair with Diana Bianchi, Peter Cook had another alleged affair with Carri Lynn Ciamarra!

OH MY!

Magazines and tv shows including EXTRA are claiming today that following an affair with 18 year old Bianchi, Cook reportedly had “another alleged affair with a married 31-year-old fitness trainer! The NY Post reports that Cook moved on from his teenage mistress to Carri Lyn Ciamarra — only to break up with her when she left her hubby. Former NY prosecutor Janine Pirro dished to “Extra” about Brinkley’s ex, saying, “Everybody knows he’s a horndog. Everybody knows he’s the kind of guy who probably shouldn’t be married.” “

The Post claims that Brinkley’s lawyer has subpoenaed Ciamarra, while Cook’s lawyer doesn’t see the relevance of Ciamarra claiming that Brinkley and Cook “had separated from Brinkley by the time they started their relationship.”

What a mess.
