LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – Christina Walsh aka Capri Anderson (photos below) will reportedly sue Charlie Sheen over the Plaza Hotel incident. Christina Walsh has appeared as Capri Anderson in films and has worked for Girls Gone Wild. Walsh however will reportedly sue Sheen for his own gone-wild moments earlier this week at the Plaza Hotel in New York, reports TMZ.

The basis of Christina Walsh’s sit remains in doubt. Reports claim the allegations now asserted by Walsh conflict with her testimony to New York investigating officers on scene. Sheen has said the night was blown out of proportion by the media. Was Walsh held against her will by Sheen? Did Walsh lock herself in a closet, or was it a bathroom? While Walsh and Sheen have yet to confirm the events of the night, news reports show three differing stories from the same night.

Walsh is reportedly set to fly to Aspen this week to meet with Pitkin County prosecutors about Sheen’s New York behavior. Despite all this, Sheen is getting complete support from CBS and Warner Brothers as they continue production on his hit CBS series. The series makes CBS $155.1 million in ad revenue per year, with that number expected to increase greatly over the new contract period.

On Sunday moments ago, some Los Angeles residents awoke to a phone call from Martin Sheen. The elder Sheen is among the latest of political telephone automated calls for the upcoming election.

LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – As Christina Walsh aka Capri Anderson (photos below) continues to fume about the Charlie Sheen Plaza Hotel meltdown, CBS and Warner Brothers are supporting Charlie Sheen. While Christina Walsh is allegedly pursuing legal avenues against Sheen, and may head to Aspen to ask to meet with Pitkin County prosecutors, Charlie Sheen is getting complete support from CBS and Warner Brothers.

And yet while news that Sheen allegedly was found, unclothed with illegal powder substance all over his face in his New York Hotel, CBS is business as usual for its runaway, cash cow, ratings bonanza, Two and a Half Men. While the question might be why CBS is still backing Sheen, the answer across news sites Saturday is the same: money and context.

Forbes, the LA Times, and TV Guide all this weekend come to the same conclusion why CBS is standing behind Sheen, despite the latest of a series of media meltdowns, now with allegations of illegal substances and paid working women. They claim that money and the role that Sheen plays has prompted both CBS and Warners’ positions.

First, all three news reports say that the series is one of the most profitable franchises on television; because that, don’t expect a broadcaster’s cash cow to be thrown to the side quickly. The show generated $155.1 million in revenue from advertisers last season alone. The show has aired for eight seasons. It remains under contract for more seasons (as ad revenues go up) because of recent contract renewals. The show is the second highest earning live action comedy in prime time, after The Office (NBC), earning $207,000 per ad, per week. Of course, none of that money accounts for the hundreds of millions from syndication as more seasons are delivered.

Second, all three reports assert that viewers have no problem with Sheen’s off screen antics because they are no different than the role that he plays on the show. Intoxicated, behaving badly, and patronized working women are character traits of Sheen’s Charlie Harper. As Scott Collins notes, “In other words, he’s a thinly veiled surrogate for Sheen himself.” In fact, Sheen came to the role eight years ago after decades of allegations about similar conduct. But now, with Harper a top tv character, and Sheen, dominating supermarket shelves, Sheen’s on-camera and off-camera antics in fact compliment each other. “[For the viewers'] minds, actor and role merged long ago.”

Sheen has said the whole Plaza Hotel matter has been blown out of proportion.  CBS and Warners have not commented about Walsh’s allegations.

LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – The Christina Walsh (photos below) scandal allegations against Charlie Sheen are heading to Aspen. Christina Walsh aka Capri Anderson is set to fly to Aspen to ask that an investigation into the Plaza Hotel rampage be opened by local prosecutors, in Colorado. But why Colorado?

New York and Colorado investigators have ruled they are not opening any case into Charlie Sheen’s Plaza Hotel rampage. NYPD has confirmed local charges won’t be filed against Sheen. Pitkin County D.A. has ruled that it won’t find Sheen in violation of his probation for conduct outside their jurisdiction.

But Anderson reportedly wants that to change. Reports in TMZ today claim that Anderson will visit Pitkin County prosecutors in Aspen and will ask for a revocation of Sheen’s probation. Local prosecutors tell news they are wiling to meet with Anderson.

When asked about the Plaza Hotel matter, Denise Richards told cable news to speak to Sheen directly, not her. During a visit with Joy Behar Tuesday night, Richards said “I don’t know what happened. I would rather Charlie [talk about it]. I did help him at the hospital,’ she told US chat show presenter Joy Behar on Tuesday night. I’ll let you ask Charlie.”

Sheen has said the matter has been blown out of promotions.  He has resolved the matter with the Plaza Hotel. Anderson is weighing legal remedies against Sheen directly. Richards’ new series Blue Mountain State premiered this week.

Walsh on film goes by the names Capri Anderson, Alexis Capri or Stella Costanza.

LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – Christina Walsh (photos below), aka Capri Anderson, Alexis Capri or Stella Costanza, allegedly feared Charlie Sheen after a hotel rampage. Christina Walsh is known as Capri Anderson in a series of notable film roles, but today sources close to Christina Walsh are explaining her alleged terror she experience as Charlie Sheen damaged more than two and half piece of furniture in his Plaza Hotel room.

Christina Walsh was invited to dinner by Charlie Sheen. At the table was an unlikely guest – his ex wife Denise Richards (Blue Mountain State). Hours later Sheen and Christina Walsh were back in his hotel Room 1832. How the night had started remains unclear. Walsh is said to have met Sheen at Monday at the Plaza. Sometime thereafter she, Sheen, and Richards were eating at Daniel, a nearby restaurant. Initial reports had said they were dining inside the Hotel. Other reports have listed several others at the dinner table that night; their names have yet to be released.

Richards has two children with Sheen – Sam and Lola. Reports are consistent in claiming that, part way during that dinner, Denise Richards was upset with Sheen and left abruptly. “Charlie was rowdy from the beginning like he had been drinking prior” claims Life and Style. New reports say that Richards and Sheen were both staying at the Plaza in enjoining rooms for the sake of their kids.

Sheen has said in a text message after the incident “Oh my man, I’m fine. The story is totally overblown and overplayed as far as the reality of the scenario. I know what went down and that’s where it will stay… under wraps.”

Sheen initially went to New York Presbyterian Hospital, then was sent via private jet to Los Angeles. Sheen has promised to pay for the Hotel damage. NYPD spokesman Paul Browne says no arrests are coming.

Richards when appearing on Joan Behar had no comment. When she appeared on the Today Show Richards added “Charlie will always be a part of my life, we are bonded together for ever. it doesn’t matter what the situation is he will still be their dad. It was unfortunate what happened, I can’t control what happened all I can do is move forward, I control my house and the girls and they are happy, beautiful children.

“I am concerned about our children, and my concern is to keep them protected and thank God they are still five and six and still cannot just turn on the television or computer to read the news.”

Walsh is said to have locked herself in either a closet or bathroom and called for help during the Sheen hotel rampage. On screen, Walsh is credited often as Capri Anderson, Alexis Capri or Stella Costanza.

LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – Capri Anderson (photos below) aka Christina Walsh was with Charlie Sheen on Monday. Capri Anderson whose film and videos heat up online reportedly told news that Sheen heated up so much at the Plaza Hotel on Monday that she was scared.

Capri Anderson, 22, reportedly told investigators that she was “extremely afraid” during the Charlie Sheen meltdown. Sheen would eventually trash his Plaza Hotel Room. Capri Anderson reportedly had just met Sheen on Monday and headed to dinner with the sitcom star. But Capri and Charlie weren’t alone for dinner, reports TMZ.

Sheen’s ex wife, Denise Richards, was also reportedly in attendance at the dinner for a short time, but left. By Tuesday morning, Anderson was reportedly in fear of Sheen.

Capri Anderson reportedly was so afraid during the incident that she went to a hotel bathroom and locked herself inside. Sheen according to reports had allegedly began smashing furniture at that point.

Sheen has since agreed to pay the Hotel for the damage. He is expected to be back on set soon.
