LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – Fernando Flores says Britney Spears abuses his children, feeds them food they have allergic reactions to, exposes herself to staff, and calls herself white trash.

Fernando Flores is the latest Britney Spears bodyguard to present legal troubles for Spears. The lawsuit was filed yesterday in Los Angeles Superior Court against Spears and has resulted in a no comment from Spears’ camp. It’s not clear when the events are alleged to have occurred, why the suit is being filed now in 2010, and what Flores seeks from the case.

First, Flores claims Spears routinely exposed herself to him as an employee. “She was wearing a white lace, see-through dress. She walked over close by [Flores], intentionally dropped her cigarette lighter on the floor, bent over to retrieve it and thereby exposed her uncovered [personal parts] to [Flores]. The incident caused [Flores] shock and disgust.”

Second, Flores claims Spears had relations in front of him. “In addition to exposing herself to [Flores], Spears engaged in numerous … acts in front of [Flores].”

Third, Flores claims Spears would beat her son Preston. “Defendant Spears immediately ran back towards her house screaming ‘Preston’ (i.e. Sean Preston, her elder son). She entered the residence through two French doors on the north side. Plaintiff exited the pool house, hearing Sean Preston screaming in terror and pain, and saw Defendant Spears at least twice savagely hitting the small child with Plaintiff’s belt.”

Fourth, Flores claims Spears would intentionally feed her children food they have reactions to. “When both boys started vomiting, Defendant Spears explicitly prevented Plaintiff and the children’s nanny from seeking medical care for the children.”

And finally, Flores claims Spears would tell her children “Mommy is White Trash.”

LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – Britney Spears’ “Radiance” will launch as Spears’ new perfume. Britney Spears Radiance will get a perfume roll-out this September, the ninth scent from the hitmaker and arguably the most stylish.

Spears delivers Radiance in a faux rhinestone encrusted bottle. Reports say the scent carries hints of wild berries and petals and will retail for $63 for 50 mL; $78 for 100 mL. Other unconfirmed reports say the scent will boast hints of tuberose, jasmine, orange flower and iris and carry light musk overtones.

Retail store distribution details and official confirmation is still pending.

LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – Britney Spears is launching a fashion line with Candies, a “limited edition” Britney Spears-created collection of Candies accessories and clothing ensembles.

The news comes two years after reps for Christian Audigier reported a Spears Audigier deal in the works. In 2008, Audigier (“Ed Hardy”) reps reported early talks with Spears to have her own label. She would hit up Audigier’s 50th birthday party at the time along with Michael Jackson.

But now Spears is taking to Candies, co-creating “her own line of clothing and accessories for the brand”. Spears has a background of designing and making clothes herself. Spears tells In Style “The collection will be exclusively available in Kohl’s starting July 1st. There will be a few more pieces coming in September and October, and that’s it.”

LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – Bodyguard Fernando Flores may pursue a lawsuit against former employer Britney Spears. Fernando Flores’ possible Britney Spears lawsuit comes after Flores was allegedly recently fired by Spears and comes three years after another former employee Tony Barretto complained about Spears’ behavior in a Los Angeles court.

The details about Fernando Flores and Spears hits British magazine the Sun today in which a pal of Flores claims Spears “was always giving him the come on and he felt if he didn’t reciprocate he could lose his job”. Flores is 29, Spears 28.

The report claims that Spears took an interest allegedly also in Flores. “Unfortunately for Fernando, she took a liking to him, so he was under more pressure than most. He wanted to be a good security guard and look after her but the situation became unbearable.”

Spears, who has not frequented supermarket magazines in recent months, ironically is on shelves this week with yet another such story, this one from the U.S-based Sun that claims that Jessica Steindorff and Britney Spears’ boyfriend Jason Trawick are allegedly getting friendly, an article for which Steindorff declined comment.

LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – PHOTO. Jessica Steindorff and Britney Spears’ boyfriend Jason Trawick are allegedly getting friendly. A Jessica Steindorf (picture below) and Jason Trawick alleged affair report hits the tabloid The Star this week.

The Star, which delivered the famously incorrect 2009 cover that Britney got married in Mexico to Adnan Ghalib, this time says that Trawick is allegedly cheating on Spears with Jessica Steindorf.

The magazine’s claims hit newsstands this week in their June 21st issue. “The other woman is actress and author Jessica Steindorff who met Jason in 2007, just before she briefly took a job as his personal assistant at top Los Angeles talent agency William Morris” writes the magazine.

The magazine claims that the alleged events between Jessica and Jason are not new; the Star cites a source which claims it has allegedly been going on all along. Jessica declined to comment says the Star which claims to also “have secret emails exchanged between Jason and Jessica” that are in the issue.
