NEW YORK (LALATE) – PHOTOS. The Huma Abedin (pictures below) Anthony Weiner wedding is today. Huma Abedin has been referred to by former President Bill Clinton as virtually one of his own children.

The Clintons hosted a garden party for Rep. Anthony Weiner and Huma Abedin this week. Clinton said of Huma: “I have one daughter. But if I had a second daughter, it would Huma.”

Huma has been working with Hilary Clinton since 1996. The 34 year old Abedin began dating Weiner, 45, in 2008, engaged last summer.

The couple will marry today on Long Island. Democrat Scott Stringer and fiancee Elyse Buxbaum will instead marry in Connecticut.

Bill Clinton is hospitalized with chest pains. Bill Clinton had a heart attack 6 years ago.

Clinton’s reason for hospitalization is “chest pains”. The reason for the chest pains is unknown. In the six years since his heart attack and by-pass surgery, Clinton has changed his diet and exercise routine.

Clinton is hospitalized in a New York City hospital. ABC News is reporting that the hospital is Columbia Medical .

The President was in the New York City area at the time.

Bill Clinton in 2004 underwent a by-pass surgery. He thereafter a short complication that required a second procedure in 2005.

Clinton was transported to the yet unidentified hospital Thursday. The reason for his visit is yet unknown. Clinton has been “transported to a hospital” reports New York press with no details of his condition, the reason for the visit, and name of the hospital.

CNN also reports no further update. CNN is reporting it is staying with the story rather than break away so as to draw any possible revelations within the last half hour.

Bill Clinton 6 year ago underwent a by-pass surgery. The operation was in New York. The coverage at the time was called a reality check for the President.

Secretary of State Hillary Clinton was visiting Congo Monday when she had a town-hall meeting. A translator offered Hillary a question about what Bill Clinton would think of an issue.

Hillary’s response –

“I will you tell you my opinion, I’m not going to channel my husband!”

The event unfolded at Congolese University in Kinshasa. Online reaction to the video today is mixed – supporters saying they don’t see anything wrong with the clip with detractors finding faults with her attitude.

Bill Clinton is returning home with Laura Ling and Euna Lee! Bill Clinton’s has won the freedom of Laura Ling and Euna Lee who are now coming home to their families.

Following a visit by Bill Clinton today, the North Korean government issued a special pardon for the release of Laura Ling and Euna Lee. The Korean Central News Agency called the pardon an example of a “humanitarian and peaceloving policy”.

The special pardons were issued by Kim Jong Il. Laura Ling and Euna Lee were sentenced this June to 12 years of hard labor.

As reported moments ago on LALATE, The Laura Ling and Euna Lee pardons were achieved universally by Clinton’s efforts, solely, without White House involvement. Bill Clinton is currently set to depart from North Korea with and Laura Ling Euna Lee shortly.
