Nicole Richie lives in Glendale and reportedly is not too happy about Paris Hilton living next door. Claims today say that new mom Richie is unhappy about the media attention pal Paris Hilton is bringing to her Glendale neighorhood.

Richie reportedly moved to Glendale, California, just north of downtown Los Angeles, to get away from the media frenzy with boyfriend Joel Madden. Now Richie claims one magazine is unhappy Paris Hilton has come to Glendale moving in next door with her boyfriend Benji Madden.

Friends of Richie tell Page Six recently, “Nicole moved out there to get away from the paparazzi, but when Paris calls them they come to her quiet street and disrupt everything. She’s getting a little fed up.”

Does anyone really care if Paris Hilton has no friends in the world, or maybe 20 contestants that want to be her friend?

Apparently not. Online chatter after the concept of the show was first announced earlier this year was downright awful with the universal sentiment being the same - “who cares if she needs a friend”.

Paris has recorded the theme .. where else, but in Paris’ home. Paris says of bf Benji Madden:

“Benji and I have been working hard on it,” Paris said. “He’s helping me write the lyrics for the song and then I’ll sing it, too.”

Hilton is set to record a new album. She confirms she is shooting season two of the show this fall. The first season is already shot.

Guess, you can never have enough BFF “reality” friends.

Joel Madden sure has a way of words, especially when he is talking about Benji Madden and Paris Hilton.

Benji appeared on KIIS-FM morning radio show this morning.

During his appearance, a taped recording of Paris was played for Benji in which Paris says the following:

“When I heard [Benji] make a speech about Joel and Nicole and the baby [at the couple’s baby shower], I thought he was cute then. And then when I saw him with Harlow, I just realized he had a really sweet, kind heart. Then we just totally had a crush on each other, and we fell in love right away.”

Of course, Joel Madden wasn’t going to sit back and not speak up. In jumped Joel, who said the following

“[Benji’s] speeches are not touching. They’re like—they always degrade me. They make fun of me. Like ‘I never thought I’d see the day when Joel actually had sex with a girl and then make it count. But you did it, Joel.’ It was a classic Benji-Madden-makes-fun-of-Joel speech.”
