Obama Divorce Story Claimed by Edward Klein New Book

Obama Divorce Story Claimed by Edward Klein New Book

LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – An alleged Obama divorce story is the subject of Edward Klein’s new book. Klein claims Michelle Obama sought to divorce Barack Obama in 2000. The allegations surface in Klein’s book “The Amateur: Barack Obama in the White House” hitting stands this week. But the White House tells news that the book is a work of fiction.

Klein’s Obama divorce story focuses on Chicago politics. He claims that Michelle told her husband not to run against Bobby Rush in a 2000 election. Klein claims that Michelle’s advice was allegedly refuted by the President who ran for the Chicago House of Representatives and lost.

President Obama’s spokesman Eric Schultz is not only calling the book a work of fiction but denouncing its author personally. “Ed Klein has a proven history of reckless fabrication in order to sell books. Nobody in their right mind would believe the nonsense in this one.”

Klein claims that the First Lady in 2000 even considered  “divorce papers drawn up”. The author has to respond to Schultz’s statement.

Most recently, the First Lady has made news for her campaign against childhood obesity. She has told news “I love burgers and fries. The question is, how do we balance that all out.” Her effort has been joined by Education Secretary Arne Duncan, Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius, Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack and Interior Secretary Ken Salazar.

Obama Clinton Beef? Mitt Romney Confronts Clinton Doctrine

Obama Clinton Beef Mitt Romney Confronts Clinton Doctrine

ST LOUIS (LALATE) – Is there a Obama Clinton beef? Mitt Romney certainly thinks there might. The Obama Clinton beef suggestion came during a stop by Romney Tuesday in Iowa. Romney suggested that the Clintons and Obama may have a “personal beef”. Romney claimed the indication is Obama’s purported end of the Clinton Doctrine.

In addressing supporters Tuesday, Romney told news “It’s enough to make you wonder if maybe it was a personal beef with the Clintons. But probably that – it runs much deeper than that.”
Romney told news that Obama’s purported abandonment of the Clinton doctrine suggest that a beef exists between the two men. “President Obama tucked away the Clinton doctrine in his large drawer of discarded ideas, along with transparency and bipartisanship.”

Obama’s camp was quickly to dispel the reports. Lis Smith told news today “Mitt Romney simply wants to return to the same policies that caused the crisis and weakened the middle class: budget-busting tax cuts for the wealthiest Americans and letting Wall Street write its own rules.”

Romney further also asserted last night that Clinton advocated an end to big government. But Romney claims Obama hasn’t embraced that. “Almost a generation ago, Bill Clinton announced that the era of big government was over, even a former George McGovern campaign worker, like President Clinton, was signaling to his own party that Democrats should no longer try to govern by proposing a new program for every problem.”

Pacquiao on Obama Comments Prompt Banning from The Grove

Pacquiao on Obama Comments Prompt Banning from The Grove

LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – The Pacquiao on Obama comments have prompted a banning from The Grove Los Angeles. Manny Pacquiao ’s comments on Obama were given last Friday inside the boxer’s residence at the Palazzo Complex in Los Angeles. Now, nearby The Grove tells news that Manny Pacquiao is permanently banned from the complex’s premises because of his comments.

Manny Pacquiao is no fan of Rick Caruso. On Tuesday evening, the official Twitter account for Caruso’s The Grove issued a statement denouncing the Pacquiao on Obama comments as pure “intolerance”. The statement to news read “Boxer Manny Pacquiao is not welcome @TheGroveLA. @TheGroveLA is a gathering place for all Angelenos, not a place for intolerance.”

Meantime, efforts are underway for a petition for Nike to withdraw sponsorship of the boxer.

Ironically, just weeks before Manny Pacquiao’s comment about Obama, Floyd Mayweather expressed to news his opinion that Pacquiao allegedly does nothing for Americas. Mayweather even claimed that Pacman allegedly just takes money from U.S. fights and brings it back home.“Well, why is this guy from another country coming over here and making money [and] taking it back to his country?”

Mayweather told news that, in his opinion, is not right to for the U.S. boxing industry to promote Pacman. Mayweather added  “Once again, I’m feeding American citizens every day. All I ask is, give a little blood, give a little … That’s a crime?” Mayweather himself was once under fire for his own comments that he’ll force Pacquiao to “make a sushi roll and cook some rice.”

Pacquiao allegedly told the Examiner’s reporter Granville Ampong “God only expects man and woman to be together and to be legally married. It should not be of the same sex, so as to adulterate the alter of matrimony, like in the days of Sodom and Gomorrah.”

Pacquiao on Obama: Manny Pacquiao Criticizes President's Position on Marriage

LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – A series of Pacquiao remarks on Obama are leaving fans perplexed today. Manny Pacquiao reportedly gave scathing remarks of President Obama’s position on same-sex marriage during a news interview with the Examiner. Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather are usually on the end of fighting wars through the news media. But in an unusual exchange of words, Pacman reportedly told Granville Ampong his deeply critical comments about Barack Obama.

Pacquiao representatives have yet to confirm if the boxer stands by his comments during a Friday news interview. “God’s words first … obey God’s law first before considering the laws of man,” reportedly said Pacman.

Pacman reportedly referenced Leviticus 20:13. The news interview writes “Pacquiao’s directive for Obama calls societies to fear God and not to promote sin, inclusive of same-sex marriage and cohabitation, notwithstanding what Leviticus 20:13 has been pointing all along: “If a man lies with a man as one lies with a woman, both of them have done what is detestable. They must be put to death; their blood will be on their own heads.” “

Pacquaio told news that Obama’s stance on same-sex marriage was wrong. Pacquaio reportedly added “God only expects man and woman to be together and to be legally married, only if they so are in love with each other…. It should not be of the same sex so as to adulterate the altar of matrimony, like in the days of Sodom and Gomorrah of Old.”

The purported remarks were made during an interview last Friday night inside the boxer’s residence at the Palazzo Complex in Los Angeles.

Obama LA Visit Today For George Clooney’s Fundraiser Seeks $15 Million

Obama LA Visit may 10, 2012 Today For George Clooney's Fundraiser Seeks $15 Million

LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – The Obama in LA visit today for George Clooney’s Fundraiser is seeking to raise $15 million, officials tell news. The President Barack Obama visit in Los Angeles today May 10, 2012, will also raise traffic congestion, street closures, and neighborhood blockades, officials tell news. For Los Angeles residents who have endured “Obama in LA visit” several times, all for fundraising purposes, in the last twelve months, today’s interruption is a familiar situation.

The George Clooney’s Fundraiser, as its being dubbed, actually drew more donations from the public than from Hollywood’s elite, so claim Obama’s campaign officials. Celebrities paying in excess of forty-thousand dollars per person tonight for the George Clooney’s Fundraiser include Robert Downey Jr., Tobey Maguire, Barbra Streisand, J.J. Abrams, Nina Jacobson, Bryan Lourd, Chris Silbermann, Jeffrey Katzenberg, and Andy Spahn.

But Katzenberg was quick to tell news that, purportedly, nearly seventy-five percent of the anticipated fifteen million dollars raised from tonight’s fundraiser came “from the 99%”. He tells news that puportedly most donations amounted to merely twenty-three dollars, paid online.

But more Los Angeles residents, however, might be watching tonight, not the fundraiser, but the popular traffic jam website Sigalert.com. As of 5 pm PST currently, traffic is not any more worse than a typical Thursday evening in Los Angeles.

But that is about to change, officials tell news. Paul Krekorian, Los Angeles City Councilman for the 2nd District, is warning the public that the real trouble will erupted in the next three hours.

Krekorian tells news that, because Obama this time is taking a helicopter from LAX to Studio City, the real trouble will reportedly be in Studio City from 5 pm to 8 pm. But if you live south of Ventura Boulevard in Studio City, streets will be closed to local access until 10 pm. He is even advising residents near Fryman Canyon to “stay home”.

The trouble tonight won’t be isolated to Studio City. The President is heading from Studio City to Beverly Hills after 10 pm. Officials have yet to tell news what route – and if by car or helicopter – the President will take this evening to get back over the hill.

Obama was in LA for a fundraiser on February 15 shutting down streets from Westwood to Holmby Hills to visit the Holmby Hills mansion of Will Ferrell. Obama was here on October 25, 2011 visiting Eva Longoria, and shutting down Hancock Park, through Beverly Hills, West Hollywood and neighboring areas. On September 27 last year, Obama visited again, closing streets from Beverly Hills to West Hollywood to dine with Jeffrey Katzenburg, Jack Black, Danny DeVito, Rhea Perlman, Jon Landau, Judd Apatow, and Quincy Jones. Obama L.A. May 10, 2012 Visit Prompts Road Closures, Traffic

Obama L.A. May 10, 2012 Visit Prompts Road Closures, Traffic

LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – The Obama L.A. May 10, 2012 visit will prompt road closures and traffic, officials tell news. President Barack Obama is in Los Angeles today May 10 and major street closures and freeway traffic congestion is expected. Maps of the Obama in L.A. visit have not been released to news. But Paul Krekorian, Los Angeles City Councilman for the 2nd District, released to news on his twitter account details about the visit moments ago. The communities most impacted today will be Studio City and Beverly Hills.

On Monday, Krekorian told news that details of road closures were still pending. But the Councilman advised residents to be prepared to make changes to their travel schedules Thursday afternoon across the southland. He then told news “please be aware there could be instances when you may be rerouted if you live in the region.” After first telling news he wasn’t sure where Obama would head, he finally gave more details  last night. He said “We’re in the process of getting information re road closures, detours, etc” but last night said Obama will be visiting Studio City.

Officials tell news that the traffic will commence in the late afternoon today. The President will land at LAX International Airport at 6 pm PST. In recent trips, Obama has created massive traffic jams from West Los Angeles to Mid Wilshire. This time, however,  Obama will fly by helicopter from LAX to Studio City. Once in Studio City, the President will travel by motorcade.

The reason for the visit is a fundraiser at the Studio City neighboring home of George Clooney. “We do not expect that Ventura or Laurel Canyon boulevards, north of Ventura Boulevard, will be closed to traffic. However, there may be limited delays due to neighborhood street closures in the hills and emergency vehicles in the immediate vicinity” Krekorian tells news.

The big traffic jam will be between 5 am 8 pm. Krekorian also reports to news that “For those driving on Laurel Canyon Boulevard and connecting streets north of Ventura Boulevard, please expect delays and/or road closures from about 5 to 8 p.m. If you live south of Ventura in Studio City, the LAPD has advised us that local access to the area will be virtually sealed off from about 8 to 10 p.m., meaning all local residents will need to show a current photo ID for home access “.

Officials are wanting residents near Fryman Canyon to simply “stay home” and “avoid the area” today.

And while West Los Angeles residents might not have traffic this afternoon, Beverly Hills residents will this evening. “The President will leave Los Angeles the next morning, after staying the night in Beverly Hills. The police department has assured us that traffic impacts in the Valley will be minimal on Friday.”

Krekorian tells news that if you “have questions or concerns” about the traffic today, you can call his office HERE directly.
