Avril Lavigne’s clothes launch this July as a “juniors lifestyle brand” that uses Avril’s childhood nickname. Styles include hoodies and jeans with skull and zebra designs that draw from the artwork on Lavigne’s album The Best Damn Thing.

Meantime, Lavigne is set to star in a leading role for an upcoming 2009 film. But the name of the film or any further details have yet to be released. The London Paper quoted Avril as saying “I’ve got a film role coming up - something you wouldn’t expect from me, something deep and dark.”

Avril Lavigne has finally sold her celebrity mansion in Beverly Hills after a major price slash that left her pulling out a small profit, if any, on the mansion.Ann Brenoff at Hot Properties reports Lavigne has finally sold her celebrity mansion inside the gated Mulholland Estates for $5,200,000 cash.

Everyone is getting a clothing line today it seems with Avril Lavigne getting her own rocker line and Matthew McConaughey going surf wear.

Avril’s line is called Abbey Dawn. “It’s rock glam: fun, colorful, young and edgy,” Avril Lavigne tells US Magazine. The label is named after her nickname called by her dad. Avril’s label hits Kohl stores in July.

Meantime, Matthew McConaughey has a reason to keep his shirt off. He is designing his own line of surf wear named j.k. livin, that stands for  “Just keep livin’.” “It will be a one-stop shop for every-thing you need for the beach,” a rep for the actor tells US.

Whether it’s fake or not, it’s worthy of a quick ten second laugh.

www.PerezLavigne.com , which is Spanish for Paris Lavigne, has launched as an attack on the big pink wonder.

It’s a website to attack Perez Hilton with none other at its lead but (a very good looka-like of) Miss Avril Lavigne herself!

The site includes alleged nude pictures of Hilton himself, almost half his current weight, taken from a dating site. Also posted is a video of (sorta) Avril.

For a good pink chuckle, check it out on an empty stomach.
