CELEBRITY HOMES: There are major problems tonight at Lauren Conrad’s house, where they film MTV’s “The Hills”. Back in February, LALATE broke the address of that home where Audrina Patridge rooms with Lauren.Ironically, the house is not in Hollywood Hills as other sites are now reporting but in the flats of Hollywood north of Sunset.
Tonight, new problems. No, Heidi Montag isn’t playing her song “Fashion” outside. And no, there isn’t even a new “fight” going on between LC and Audrina.
Rather this time it’s the house versus the neighbors. LALATE has the details, the pictures, and new information about the house.
The house at 1627 North Orange Grove (and yes, that address is already all over the net), as first reported by LALATE back in February 2008, was bought by Lauren Conrad at $2.36 million (listed at $2.5 mil). The house is small, 3,009 square feet, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms. It’s a 1920s Spanish.
If you saw the pictures of Audrina and LC in a bikini outside last week here on LALATE, you can tell that not many changes may have been to the house since February. (Pictures of the house below).
Irrespective of how cute the house is inside, the situation outside is nothing but cute.
AccessHollywood.com is reporting that the MTV production is causing unreal drama among neighbors. First noise and traffic, then paparazzi and fans. And now, paparazzi are allegedly vandalizing residents’ property while fighting with each other over “territory” where to shoot from on the street.
Someone needs to send the Malibu surfers over to handle this one!
Access Hollywood claims a 60 page complaint of 27 neighbors has been sent to the LA City Attorney’s Office asking for hlep from City Councilman Tom LaBonge’s office, the City Attorney’s Office, LAPD, and Film L.A. Inc.
Film LA’s “help”? Good luck. Worse LA agency every.
MTV denies the neighbor’s allegations. Click here for MTV’s letter.
The story is still developing. More pictures below of the super cute house.
