ST LOUIS (LALATE) – The Bachelorette 2012 winner isn’t going to be revealed by Arie Luyendyk Jr. anytime before Sunday. Arie is leaving who Bachelorette Emily Maynard picks a mystery down to the finale. Luyendyk won’t even tell fellow racer Mario Andretti who wins the Bachelorette 2012 this Sunday night, the reality star told admitted to news this week.

While earlier in the season Arie suggested to news that he is the Bachelorette 2012 winner, Arie is not giving any tips to friend Mario Andretti. And Andretti apparently hasn’t seen the online spoilers, either. Those spoilers have already revealed that Sunday’s Bachelorette 2012 winner will be Jef Holm of People Water.

Producers are trying to make the finale Sunday night a surprise, even though it isn’t for many viewers beyond Andretti. Emily tells Chris Harrison this week “The fact that I still don’t know who the guy here is the one for me, makes me wonder if any guy here is for me.”  She adds “I don’t know where my heart is any more.”

Harrison tries to evoke suggestions that Emily doesn’t really know who she wants to pick Sunday. But, it’s a familiar theme for finales of the franchise. Yet, come Sunday night, Emily Maynard will know exactly which man she is going to pick (Jef), despite Harrison’s suggestions.

“It sounds like you know what you need to do,” Harrison tells Emily this week. “You feel like at this point you’re betraying both of them.”

But then, there have been those alleged false spoilers this month. One false report claims that Emily picks Arie, that Arie declines and that Emily switches and picks Jef. The culprit behind this purportedly false spoiler is In Touch. “He said, ‘I don’t think we know each other nearly enough to even be entertaining this; I don’t think we should get engaged,’ an insider told In Touch. “She was crying and begging him to reconsider,” the source said, adding that Maynard even blurted out “You’re the one I want to pick!” Reality Steve and others have claimed that none of that happens in the finale.

For now, Andretti doesn’t know who is the winner either. Arie tells the IndyStar “(Mario) always tells me he better be invited to the wedding (and) he needs to know the outcome so he can plan for a good wedding gift.” Arie added “Just wait and watch.” Despite Andretti’s curiosity, online spoilers for weeks have claimed that Emily picks Jef, that Jef and Emily get engaged, that the two are still together, and that they are planning a fall wedding.

But when Arie Luyendyk Jr joined The Bachelorette 2012, he reportedly told his friends that he had a chance to win the entire season. Part of his hopes rested in his racing background.

Tonight’s path to the Bachelorette 2012 finale didn’t begin for Emily Maynard this year. It began in 2004, when the tragic Rick Hendrick Motorsports plane crash killed 10 members of the Rick Hendrick team.

Killed during the plane crash were Rick Hendrick’s son Ricky and brother John along with 2 nieces. The plane left Concord N.C. in October 2004. Conditions were overcast and foggy. The Subway 500 at Martinsville Speedway had just been held. Among those who lost their lives were son Ricky Hendrick, John Hendrick, Kimberly and Jennifer Hendrick, Joe Jackson, Jeff Turner, Randy Dorton, Scott Lathram, * Tracy and Liz Morrison.

The crash eventually became the subject of 2009 documentary called “Together” narrated by Tom Cruise. Driver Rusty Wallace (also a pilot) told press after news of the crash that the airport was among the “most dangerous [airport] approaches on the circuit.”

But not everyone is excited about Roberto becoming the next Bachelor. An insider tells US Magazine that former Bachelorette Ali Fedotowsky does not want him to take the role. “Roberto has never shared his side of the breakup, and Ali is terrified about what he would say on the show and how she would come off”. Months ago, online spoilers claimed that Sean, Arie, and Jef make the final three. But for weeks, fans were left perplexed if it’s Sean, Arie or Jef who make the final two. For weeks, spoilers have claimed that the Cassie Lambert – Arie Luyendyk Jr. background left Emily perplexed going into her final episodes.

Last week, viewers voiced their disapproval of Sean. Many felt that Lowe was simply too boring to win Emily Maynard’s heart. Viewers will learn tonight that they are right. Sean gets sent home in the final three telecast.

RealitySteve is reporting spoilers that Sean Lowe does not reach the final two, and is eliminated by Emily prior to the final rose telecast. Her reason for the elimination has yet to be revealed.

So with Arie and Jef heading to the final, what future remains for Arie? As previously reported on LALATE, Jef becomes your Bachelorette 2012 winner. Jef is still engaged to Emily. And a wedding is anticipated for fall 2012.

But what about Arie? Earlier in the season, some viewers believed that Arie was a possible Bachelor 2013 candidate. We now know that won’t be the case.

Life and Style is reporting news that Roberto has been offered the role and is considering. He was previously engaged to Ali in 2010 but ended the engagement after 18 months.

Life & Style tells news that Roberto Martinez, Jr. has “already signed the contract. They chose him because he’s very likable”, claims the news report.

Reality Steve says of Roberto “In regards to Life & Style’s report Roberto is the next Bachelor, all I can say is, last I heard, he hadn’t signed anything yet…but if he did recently, then I guess it’s a done deal. All I heard is it was offered to him and they were waiting on an answer.”

So who is Arie dating now? While no woman has yet to confirm Arie’s advances, Arie was seen by news photographers with his ex-girlfriend, Sonia Rockwell, just days ago.

Moreover, Emily Maynard is still together with the man she picks in the finale but and is looking forward to marriage.

Weeks ago, The Bachelorette 2012 spoiler put the finale as a three man race, including race car driver Arie Luyendyk Jr. But after what some critics called a poorly staged publicity campaign, Arie Luyendyk Jr left many news analysts recently proclaiming that he definitely does not win the final bid. While Arie could end up being a future Bachelor star, for now, spoilers are claiming he certainly doesn’t reach the final rose on the Bachelorette 2012.

While Arie Luyendyk Jr has prompted debate among viewers this season, Jef Holm and Sean Lowe haven’t evoked that type of reaction. And while Jef and Sean might leave some twists for the finale, the penultimate surprise comes out when Emily eventually finds out Cassie Lambert and Arie’s history. As one friend recently told news, Emily during taping “was made aware of it. But what’s been reported isn’t what really happened. Not even close.”

Initial news reports claimed that Emily did not react well when she found that Arie previously dated show producer Cassie Lambert. But Arie’s close friend, Kristina Owen, told WetPaint last month, that the revelation is not as dramatic as news spoilers had claimed. Those online news reports asserted that Emily was displeased with the revelation at the Round of 4, but ultimately sent another man home, not Arie.

And while spoilers are certain that the winner this season is Jef or Sean, many spoilers are not confident in reporting which of the two men win the season. As RealitySteve recently wrote, “I’ve heard so many things since filming ended, a lot of which are conflicting stories, so I’m not 100% confident in running with anything yet until I hear something I feel is solid.”

Yet, Arie’s motivation for doing this season still remains in doubt. Steve previously claimed that Arie told friends before taping “I’m only doing it because I know I’m gonna win.” Another source told RealitySteve that Arie believes he is a “perfect fit for this show.”

So if Arie ends up not winning the season, what exactly went wrong? Previously, a source claimed to Steve that Arie “knows exactly what to say, when to say it, and how to say it, and he’s very convincing” for Maynard in later episodes. For now, apparently Arie wasn’t a perfect fit for Emily, and wasn’t as “convincing” to win the show as he had predicted.

Ultimately, how will fans to Emily’s decision? Fans were turned off by Ben and Courtney last season on The Bachelor because they didn’t think Courtney loved Ben, but just wanted to win. But one fan disagreed. “There was a connection there that Ben could not ignore which ultimately brought them together. The only thing that might ruin this match… People in general when it comes to judging others can be very cruel…much more so than Courtney ever was to the other girls. I love Ben and Courtney and together I love them even more as a couple and wish them strength to get through this … bombardment of their characters.”
