Do people really buy give celebrity sex tapes as holiday gifts? Maybe Rick Salomon does, but this year Santa’s a bit more naughty with Kim Kardashian’s second tape going on sale today (collective applause!) up against Amy Fisher’s premiere last week on the 14th.

(No word yet if either tape gets a float in the Macy’s Parade.)

Sadly, not one news site has tackled the important pressing issue: which celebrity sex tape is the better Holiday gift?

Here is lalate’s shopping guide for choosing between buying Amy F or Kimmy K for that special someone in your life, that loved on, that adulterer, that boyfriend who is about to dump you and sell all your naughtiness to the Enquirer.

1. If you are on Viagra - buy Amy F
2. If you prefer voice mail over text messaging - buy Kimmy K
3. If you are middle aged, but your breasts are 36 months old - buy Amy F
4. If you are washed up rapper, but a pretty good home video maker - buy Kimmy K
5. If you are OJ Simpson - buy Kimmy K

Kardashian reportedly got paid $5 million to allow her tapes to be released. No word yet on Amy Fisher’s suit.

UDPATES BELOW! Another day, another sex tape. This time, Amy Fisher is coming to home video. Leave it to the future ex husband of the Long Island Lolita for the release of this one!

Fisher had married a guy and is now trying to divorce him. So what does the ex go off do? He sells their sex tape to a video distributor.

A what a class act for a husband!

This is all according to the NY Post report about the story. The mag  says her future husband Lou Bellera sold it this month. The tape was made earlier this year, before they filed for divorce, according to David Krieff, who had produced reunion specials with Fisher, her ex-lover Joey Buttafuoco and Buttafuoco’s ex-wife, Mary Jo Buttafuoco.

“I was told she was a willing participant at the time it was made, as a private video with her husband,” Krieff said.

“I feel bad for Amy and Lou,” Krieff added. “I think they were having a fight and he made a bad decision that’s coming back to haunt them now.”

The company releasing the tape? The same that did Paris Hilton (”1 Night in Paris”), professional wrestler Chyna (”1 Night in Chyna”) and even former child actor Dustin Diamond - best known for “Saved by the Bell.”
