strong>A not so smart New York man claims he has footage of Madonna and Alex Rodriguez captured in a sex tape. The man is reportedly sending news agencies emails about the alleged Madonna A-Rod tape with a price tag attached.

But the story goes south from there. Why? “In a series of emails fired off to media outlets, he alleged the footage was shot two months ago in an apartment owned by a pal of Madonna she knows through her devotion to the Kabbalah religion.” How? Illegally. Isn’t that charming?“The video man – who is also a friend of the apartment owner – claimed he found out and secretly installed a hidden camera in the living room with the lens pointed at the sofa. He alleged the footage he recorded showed the pop superstar romping with New York Yankees ace A-Rod.”

Rather it was reportedly started by Madonna and Freddy DeMann with Time Warner; DeMann was bought out in 1988 at which time Oseary was brought in as CEO at age 26. This year Oseary also became manager to Alex Rodriguez and co-hosted with Madonna the private after party to the Oscars.

So why is Madonn’s best friend Ingrid Casares showing up alongside Alex Rodriguez amid a month of rumors between A-Rod and Madonna.
