LOS ANGELES (LALATE EXCLUSIVE) – Remember that Al Taylor Casey Anthony alleged tv interview? Now Al Taylor is reportedly considering suing Casey Anthony instead of interviewing her. The bizarre Al Taylor Casey Anthony story is returning to Jane Velez Mitchell’s HLN news broadcast again tonight.

When Al Taylor first emerged, he claimed he had just formed a “company”, using his word, named “Private Elevator Productions.” The original reported statement read “I have now formed my own independent TV production company named Private Elevator Productions and we are officially making Jose’s law firm an offer on one million dollars for the first interview with your client Casey Anthony.”

A quick perusal of the California Secretary of State website revealed, at that time, no LLC nor corporation registered to due business in the state called “Private Elevator Production”. Now a new report claims that Taylor intends to sue Anthony.

FOX 35 claims “A California TV producer is bringing a lawsuit against Anthony, her attorney Jose Baez, and an unnamed third party…. Attorneys for Private Elevator Productions say Anthony promised producer Al Taylor her first television interview.” As of today, a second perusal of the California Secretary of State still shows no Private Elevator Productions licensed to do business in California.

The FOX news report claims that Taylor asserts the interview didn’t happen because of the third party. The third party has not been revealed.  On July 22, Jose Baez, after hearing Taylor’s assertions of an alleged meeting and alleged deal responded that “Neither I nor Casey Anthony have ever met with or have any intention of meeting with Al Taylor.”

LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – Al Taylor and Casey Anthony met shortly after her release from jail, claimed Taylor to news this week. Not so, says Jose Baez in a news statement issued today. Al Taylor claims he and Casey Anthony met, that they had a conversation, that a TV deal was discussed, that Taylor perceived Anthony’s condition, appearance, physical state, and “excited” nature. But Jose Baez in a news statement today calls Al Taylor’s assertions all fiction.

Baez in a news statement now released says that neither he nor Casey Anthony have ever met with, nor have any intentions of ever meeting with, Al Taylor. Baez’s statement follows Taylor and another person both claiming to be television producers with companies offering Anthony offers. The existence of those companies, and their credits, has remained in question.

“She seemed up and excited” said Taylor of his alleged meeting with Anthony to HLN last night. “She seemed peppy,.. it blew my mind, seemed like nothing had phased her” Taylor added.

“I have a verbal commitment from your agent [Jose Baez] and a written commitment confirming that agreement” Taylor claims he told Anthony face to face this week. “I will sue you if you breach that contract.” Taylor claims Anthony said “go ahead, join the line, if you want to.”

Taylor detailed his assertions on HLN last night. It remains unclear what process HLN goes through in examining its guests’ assertions before booking them.

In an email obtained by news earlier this week, Taylor claimed he “formed” his own “company”. His assertion followed news of another person, Jacob C. Schalmo, claiming to own another “company” named Schalmo Productions, which allegedly had offered Anthony $5 million. The existence of that offer, and its receipt by Baez, have also never been confirmed.

Anthony’s location remains unconfirmed as of today. Reports of Casey staying in Columbus, Ohio, or Palm Springs, California have never been confirmed.

LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – Casey Anthony’s TV deal is facing major trouble tonight. A Casey Anthony TV deal is troubled by various fronts, from broadcasters, payments, parties, and even possibly Jose Baez. In a news interview granted moments ago, one person who claims that he is close to Casey Anthony’s deal, and a HLN reporter, both reported media trouble for Casey Anthony as of Thursday evening.

First, Casey Anthony is reportedly being represented by Jose Baez for any television deal. Baez previously inked with Anthony a six figure payment from ABC News years before the trial. Jane Velez Mitchell tonight told viewers that outrage about Baez shifting from attorney to deal maker for Anthony is unfounded. The HLN host explained that attorneys are authorized and often do negotiate deals for clients even if they previously represented the client in a different capacity.

Second, there are two deals on the table. The validity of each deal, the offering of each deal, and the receipt of each deal have not been confirmed. No third party has been able to confirm the funds for either of two deals exist. There has been no verification that either producer has met or spoke with Anthony’s reps, but for their own assertions. And finally, there is not confirmation that Anthony’s team has ever considered either deal. .

So what exactly is the trouble facing Anthony? JVM told viewers tonight that “traditional media companies are unwilling to touch her for fear of a boycott.” She would not indicate if she had first hand knowledge of that situation. But the HLN host said that traditional, meaning U.S. network and cable channels, are unlikely to pay any sum to air Anthony’s TV interview. The assertion is that advertising would not be able to be sold for the broadcast; advertisers may not be willing to be associated with the programming slot. If true, a TV news channel would have difficulty profiting on the program if they could not sell ad time against the broadcast.

Al Taylor claims he has met with Anthony and Baez in Palm Springs and has offered her a TV deal. But he says that deal is in trouble because of Jose Baez. Taylor says Baez has no experience in brokering such a deal. He claimed that Anthony wants to do the deal but that Baez was restricting it from happening.

“Al Taylor, when you met with her, was she emotionally unstable?” asked JVM.

“Not at all. nothing had phased her. She said ‘Where is my check’ … I told her I was going to give her $50,000, the rest would be in an escrow… She was in the mood to make the money.” Just days ago, Casey Anthony’s civil attorney told a court that his client in his mind was “mentally spent.”

Taylor called that a fabrication. “Emotionally spent? Not at all.” If Taylor wants to do the deal with Anthony, it remains unclear why he was slamming both her agent/attorney and her civil attorney on national news tonight.

LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – Schalmo Productions and Jacob C. Schalmo of Columbus, Ohio have offered Casey Anthony a $5 million deal. Schalmo Productions claims Casey Anthony and Jose Baez have his offer for a television interview. Anthony and Baez have yet to confirm the news. If true, this would mark Anthony’s highest claimed offer to date since her release from jail Sunday.

Schalmo Productions three days ago tweeted a picture of an alleged certified check offer to Casey Anthony. The check is written not from a Schalmo Productions account. Rather it lists the account holder as Jacob C. Schalmo. The location of the account holder is Columbus, Ohio 43229 but lists the bank as a Los Angeles based branch.

Schalmo Productions indicated news of the offer on July 18. Schalmo wrote “Yes its true, I have offered Casey Anthony $5 million for the first interview, I believe she deserves a fair life and future, waiting for reply.” Later that day, Schalmo confirmed news that the offer is a “formal offer”.

That same day he tweeted a remark to Baez directly. He confirmed the offer and asked to meet with Baez directly.

Yesterday, he claimed he made contact with Baez. “I received a great call. In contact with defense team and Jose [Baez's] agent. $5 million offer for Casey Anthony.” He added “negotiations tomorrow.”

Producer Al Taylor of “Private Elevator Productions” of Palm Springs, California claims he made an offer of $1 million to Casey Anthony. By Schalmo tweeted yesterday that “Al Taylor lied. I have the credentials and money to offer.” He later tweeted to Taylor directly “you are a liar doesn’t want your interview, my offer is better than yours, better come better than that.”

Schalmo Productions has yet to indicate what the offer covers, if it’s a television news interview, and if so, for what territories. Al Taylor claims his offer is for a first run television syndication deal that cover domestic and foreign rights.

Taylor claims he would license the rights internationally for a fee and domestically for free. Since news of both persons hit this week, Facebook fans have been swarming IMDB and Secretary of State websites for Ohio and California. The major television distribution markets that lists buyers and sellers are MIP-TV (international) and NAPTE (domestic).

LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – Producer Al Taylor of “Private Elevator Productions” of Palm Springs, California is under fire by Facebook groups seeking to boycott the first proposed news interview by Casey Anthony since Tot Mom’s not guilty verdict. Anthony’s first attempt to profit on her story is one that will set the valuations, and possible landscape, of Anthony’s future business dealings. And while a nation has been filled with conjecture and speculation about TV, film, publishing, and radio offers, not one has yet to be confirmed offered to Casey Anthony. But has that now changed?

Private Elevator Productions has flashed a “check” across news this week suggesting that is has a one million offer to Casey Anthony. But where exactly is the offer coming from? The “company” has been “formed” by Al Taylor, he claims in an email to Jose Baez.

Radar described Al Taylor as having “done freelance work for several TV programs including the Jerry Springer Show”. A picture owned by Taylor printed in the Daily Mail shows him pictured alongside Larry King. The Mail claims the money has come from “unnamed investors”.

On Monday, Casey Anthony Cheney Mason told NBC’s Today Show that great efforts were undertaken to protect Anthony’s location.

“She’s gone, she’s safe and elaborate plans had to be made to keep the people away from her. Her life is going to be very difficult for a very long time as long as there are so many people of the lynch-mob mentality.” But shortly after that interview, multiple reports claimed Anthony has been in Palm Springs since Sunday. Reports previously believed Anthony was in northern Ohio.

On Facebook, a Boycott Casey Anthony profile has resulted in followers vowing not to watch a Casey Anthony news interview, if it ever happens. But one follower writes “I don’t think she is going to take this deal [from Taylor].”
