PICTURES! Those naked Adrienne Bailon leaked photos stemmed from a publicity stunt, says Bailon’s publicist now. Adrienne Bailon’s leaked nude pictures of Cheetah Girls star last Sunday now are getting a whole different explanation today.

Here’s the latest.

As LALATE first broke to you Sunday, reports had claimed that Bailon’s laptop was allegedly stolen from JFK Airport NYC in October of this year. LALATE had reminded you that Kim Kardashian, sister to Bailon’s boyfriend Rob Kardashian, had claimed her laptop stolen from that airport in November of 2007.

Well, today, Fox reports the following Bailon mess is coming out:

“Bailon’s (now ex) Hollywood publicist/pal Jonathon Jaxson (who only started working with the songstress “as a friend” two weeks ago to help spice up her image) admitted to Tarts that after the laptop was stolen he and the 25-year-old decided to “juice up” the story by saying that “nude pictures could have possibly been stolen.” “

In fact the pictures weren’t from a laptop.

“Oddly enough, Jaxson said that the steamy snaps were actually stolen from the starlet’s Sidekick phone (not her laptop) so it’s under suspicious circumstances as to how the pics have been made public.”

So where did the photos come from?

Jaxson tells Fox:

“Adrienne and her boyfriend (Kim Kardashian’s younger brother Robert) swear they didn’t leak them, but it wouldn’t surprise me if Adrienne did. It’s either her or someone very close to her. Things are pretty ugly, what should have been an image boost has really turned around and bitten her.”

In comparison, US Magazine is reporting it as follows:

” “Bailon and JJ’s Dirt Web site founder Jonathan Jaxson leaked the story that racy shots were stolen from her laptop “purely to get attention,” a source tells Usmagazine.com. In an interview with a local CBS affiliate, Jaxson confirmed they made up the scandal “to juice” things up.” “

Bailon appeared in a minor role in the film “The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants 2.”

So what did Bailon want to do as a girl before … she found the wonders of using a laptop?

In an article called “Cheetah Girl Adrienne Bailon is on a fast career track”, Bailon was described as a hot new Disney property, starting as a movie for its cable channel, then CDs, then a concert tour.

Bailon filmed in India here most recent film “The Cheetah Girls One World”  Her description of herself for the film was reportedly the following: “It was a dream come true,” Bailon says. “We’re such adventurous girls in real life.”

Does Bailon’s whole saga unfolding since Sunday seems all too ironic?

She’s engaged to the brother of Kim Kardashian who herself successful channeled her own notoriety with Ray J into a reality tv show following the end of the Simple Life on E!

And what about that laptop?

Bailon this October reported the robbery of her laptop that led to this latest scandal.

In fact, it was Kim Kardashian one year ago this month on November 8, 2007 who also reported a robbery of her laptop from the same airport. While Kardashian claimed the robbery as true, the New York Post reportedly questioned otherwise.

Ironically, it was Rob’s sister, Kim Kardashian, that came to with her video scandal with former boyfriend Ray J.

Rob Kardashian appears on Keeping up with the Kardashians. In an episode called “Rob’s New Girlfriend”, he and Adrienne revealed they were dating, Bailon four years old than Kardashian. They two announced their engagement also on the series.

The Adrienne Bailon picture scandal is ironic to Vanessa Hudgens fans. Adrienne Bailon was falsely reported as Vanessa Hudgens’ replacement after Hudgen’s own photo scandal. Even moreso, Adrienne Bailon Vanessa Hudgens false replacement reports hit almost exactly 1 year ago.

Back in October, 2007, Disney star Vanessa Hudgens had her own picture scandal, pictures meant for her boyfriend (Zac Efron). Now one year later, fellow Disney star Adrienne Bailon is caught in the same situation, pictures meant for her boyfriend (Rob Kardaskian).

But it was an October, 17 2007 article by OK! Magazine that falsely linked Bailon to the Hudgens picture scandal cleanup. That article, still on OK! website and not retracted, but since proven false, read that Hudgens was out at Disney because of her photos; the article wrongly claimed Hudgens being replaced potentially by no other than Adrienne Bailon. OK! incorrectly reported:

“Over a month after frisky nude photos of High School Musical starlet Vanessa Hudgens hit the Internet, OK! can exclusively report that Disney has made up its mind about what to do next and that the 18-year-old actress will not be asked to board the boat for the third HSM film. … The source also reports that one of the Cheetah Girls — Adrienne Baillon, 23, or possibly 23-year-old Sabrina Bryan — will take Vanessa’s place. “The producers think that after Dancing With the Stars, Sabrina will be more famous than Vanessa.” “

Hudgens would thereafter say, along with Disney, that the Bailon Hudgens replacement was false.

“Totally untrue. It is an old rumor,” Vanessa’s rep told Access Hollywood “OK! Magazine never bothered to check the fact with me, but they did call Disney who said it wasn’t true, but yet OK! ran it anyway. Apparently, OK! Magazine was having a slow news day.”

Here’s the latest.

Reports state that Adrienne Bailon had her laptop stolen at JFK airport  in October; then allegedly photos taken by Bailon on her laptop for Robert Kardashian were removed.

Ironically, Kim Kardashian, Robert’s sister, claimed a theft also this year at a New York airport.

Reports claim “A meeting was set up at JFK with the anonymous man, where he was given the money, and in turn gave up Bailon’s missing laptop … except one minor thing was missing — several … photos of Bailon she had taken as an anniversary present for BF Robert Kardashian.”

Update 11/10/08 – Bailon has since confirmed the photos are her.
