“I’m way down on the totem pole. You know, this one doesn’t want to do it, that one doesn’t want to do it, so I’m just hoping that they get down far enough to me, where they’re finally like, ‘Oh, just call Lisa…Just hire her, for God’s sake! Stop her begging!’ “

LALATE luvs Lisa but doesn’t understand how CW can do Melrose Place 2009. See, remember the original Melrose Place was a spinoff of the original 90210. Now, the NEW 90210 is a spinoff of the original 90210. Sow what is the new MP going to derive from .. the old 90210 or new 90210?

And yes, a certain old MP character is now on the new 90210. What a confusing mess. Of course, the new 90210 is no winner on writing achievements anyway.

Tori Spelling 90210 CONFIRMED! Tori Spelling WILL return as Donna Martin for the CW 90210. Tori Spelling as Donna Martin will return in a Jason Priestley directed episode.

Tori Spelling is coming to the CW! No, not 90210 – Smallville! Tori Spelling’s Smallville spot as Linda Lake repeats her Smallville appearance in 2007 as the same character.

Spelling stepped on the CW show in 2007 as Linda Lake, a gossip columnist at the Daily Planet. And if you remember, Linda knows Clark Kent’s secret.

And how about 90210? Chatter says she is in early talks to return to 90210.

Come on – we all know she will return. Just a matter of when. Smallville’s spot is reportedly in 2009.

A Melrose Place spinoff is coming to CW! CW’s Melrose Place spinoff, yet untitled, will follow its 90210 CW spinoff, with a catch. CW and CBS Paramount want Melrose Place, following the mild success of 90210 this season on CW, to return.

No pilot is yet set. Hopefully, it won’t be the mess behind the pilot of CW.

Sadly, like 90210, the creator of the original series of Melrose Darren Star is reportedly not slated to be involved with CBS Paramount owning the rights. This is why you keep your rights, people!

Of course one person you shouldn’t expect to be returning to a Melrose Place spinoff, without some bizarre story explanation, is Rob Estes, who is now playing an entirely different character that his original Melrose character now on 90210.

And if you are keeping track, this Melrose CW could be a horrid task for any writer. MP is suppose to be a spinoff of 90210. So to do a redo of CW, you need to spinoff from the current 90210, but yet also be derive from the original MP.

Could then even do MP without Heather Locklear?
