ST LOUIS (LALATE) – The AP Top 25 NCAA College Basketball 2014 Rankings debut Week 15 standings for February 10, 2014 this morning. The latest rankings won’t get dramatic changes today 2-10-14 with far less upsets last week than earlier this month. Most of the top ten teams won all these games last week. But the situation is far worse off at the bottom of the list where some teams could be unranked this morning after one or two defeats.
The latest AP Top 25 NCAA College Basketball 2014 Rankings will be announced to news for week 15 February 10, 2014 just after about 9:30 am PST. But LALATE predictions anticipate a series of major falls at the bottom of the list with several teams likely to fall out of the AP Top 25 this morning all together. In the last seven days there have been far less major upsets than a month ago. But the situation is not looking good for a series of squads this morning.
Among the teams in trouble are Oklahoma State which LALATE predicts will either fall to the bottom of the AP Top 25 or fall off the list altogether. The squad was beat in two of two games last week. They were the only AP Top 25 squad to have two losses last week.
So which other teams could fall this morning? In the top ten expect Cincinnati previously seven, Michigan State, previously nine, and Michigan, previously ten, to fall roughly three spots today after loosing a game last week.
Creighton, previously twentieth, Texas, previously fifteen, and Iowa, formerly seventeenth, are expected to take the same such fall this week after loosing one of two games last week.
Finally, several teams at the bottom of the AP Top 25 could fall off the list this week after loosing one of two games last week. Among them are Oklahoma, formerly twenty-one, and UConn, formerly twenty-two.
At the top of the list, all your top five teams won their games last week. So don’t expect much change in the rankings for Syracuse, Arizona, Florida State, Wichita State, and San Diego State. For the AP Top 25 list, just after 9:30 am PST, click HERE.
