LOS ANGELES (LALATE EXCLUSIVE) – Ramona Singer, Countess LuAnn, and Jill Zarin feuded with Bethenny Frankel on RHONY. But now, Singer, The Countess, and Zarin have picked up trademarks for their names, while Frankel has abandoned her own, LALATE can report. And while Singer is set to return to RHONY with lots of wine, Luann is prepared with something else: The Countess Wine Buckets.
Ramona Singer and Countess LuAnn return to RHONY in the coming months. But the pair are leading the surge by Housewives of secure trademarks covering their names. Singer has picked up ownership of “Ramona Singer” to cover sales of wine in the U.S. The Countess secured three previous trademarks which she has since abandoned. But recently, LuAnn picked up new trademarks for bakeware, napkins holders, and even wine buckets. No word if Ramona’s wine fits Countess’ buckets.
Zarin has secured multiple trademarks for her businesses. But as to her name, she has also picked up one claiming “Entertainment services, namely, personal appearances by a television and reality show celebrity”.
Frankel’s reps have abandoned previous existing trademarks carrying her name for package food, “namely, frozen, packaged entrees consisting primarily of meat, fish, poultry or vegetables”. However, Bethenny was not behind securing the mark. Rather she gave “consent(s) to register ” at the time.
