LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – The Alexian Lien video posted online proved that bikers attacked the SUV at issue, prosecutors told a court today. Christopher Cruz appeared in court today charged with allegedly attacking Alexian Lien’s SUV and allegedly starting a dispute which resulted in a four mile chase.
Alexian Lien has remained silent since the matter erupted. His wife and his family has refused comment. But as soon as his name was revealed from the Sunday incident, members of the biker gang took to social media to tell their version of the story. Prosecutors are so far not believing it.
Alexian Lien was the first alleged victim, a NY prosecutor told a court today. They claim that Christopher Cruz, 28, of Passaic, N.J., allegedly started the entire dispute. Cruz is accused of cutting off the Ranger Rover, then staring Lien down, then causing the back part of his bike to hit the front of Alexian Lien’s SUV Range Rover. Inside the Ranger Rover was Alexian Lien’s wife and their two year old child. The couple was celebrating that day their one year anniversary.
The entire matter ended in Jeremiah aka Edwin Mieses or DJ Jay Meezee (Facebook photo above) being paralyzed allegedly by Lien’s SUV, Alexian Lien’s SUV being substantially damaged by biker gang members, and Lien having his face slashed with a knife. The terror erupted following the Hollywood Stuntz bikers ride in New York over the weekend. Bikers blame Colombia graduate Alexian Lien.
But prosecutors blame Cruz. They claim that Cruz stopped in traffic to cause Alexian Lien to touch his bike, to in essence to create a car accident. They claim that Cruz and his biker gang then surrounded Alexian Lien’s SUV, got off the vehicles, and surrounded the SUV. At that point, prosecutors claim the biker gang began to damage the SUV.
Alexian Lien allegedly feared for his life. Some point thereafter Lien calls 911 and takes off. Cruz was charged today with unlawful imprisonment and reckless driving . His bail was set at $1,500 cash. Cruz has prior criminal cases out of New Jersey. Edwin Mieses, Jr.’s family continues to grant news interviews fuming that Edwin is the victim, not Lien. They claim that Edwin Mieses is paralyzed at Lien to blame for the entire encounter. Prosecutors have so far refused to charge Lien for the Mieses injury.
