ST LOUIS (LALATE) – Puppy Doe Kiya from Craigslist is prompted a search by investigators. , Puppy Doe Kiya was listed by an owner Laura Hankins on Craigslist after her landlord told her that she could not keep the adorable dog. An alleged breed discriminatory housing policy prohibited Hankins from keeping Kiya.
Thereafter, Hankins listed the 1- to 2-year-old female pitbull on Craigslist. The new owner is a Grafton resident. Quincy police, the Norfolk District Attorney’s Office and the Animal Rescue League of Boston are now investigating the matter. And a petition is underway to prohibit dog adoptions on Craigslist. “These are breathing, feeling, loving animals we’re talking about, not old sofas or televisions,” Joyel Ennis, 36, of Braintree, states in her petition. “We need to challenge Craigslist to do better by adopting a new policy that prohibits all animal re-homing through its site.” Individuals with details that can aid investigators are encouraged to contact the
Animal Rescue League of Boston’s Law Enforcement Department at 617-226-5610, email them at firstname.lastname@example.org, or call Quincy Police Det. Thomas Pepdjonovich at 617-745-5774.

She loved pig ears, tug of war, & playing fetch. She loved kids & was petrified of big dogs. vicious? Maybe if she attacked you with kisses.”
She added “I’m sorry I thought it was unfair to hide you in an apartment you werent allowed to be in I wish I could take it all back I love you kiya. “
