LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – The Clover Fire Map 2013 striking Happy Valley in California today is expanding. The wildfire is located north of Redding, officials tell news. Cal Fire reports that the fire broke out just after 12:32 PM local time today. But the fire is one of the fastest growing blazes in California so far this summer.
The Clover Fire Map is moving swiftly. In just three hours, the fire has reached 1500 acres, Cal Fire tell news. In their latest news update, Cal Fire reports that the fire is burning swiftly in Shasta County off Cloverdale Road, Happy Valley.
The fire tripled in size in just the last hour. While now at 1500 acres at 3 pm, Cal Fire reported as 2 pm that “Firefighters are battling a 500 acre fire off Cloverdale Road, Happy Valley (Shasta County).”
Mandatory evacuation orders have been issued. Officials tells news that “Evacuations are in progress.” They cover “Small Farms Rd., Clear Creek Rd., Cloverdale Rd. southwest to Gas Point Rd., Cloverdale Rd. from Clear Creek Rd. to Oak, Oak to Palm, Small Farm Track south to Black Pine Rd.” A further news briefing is expected later today.
