Gold Cup 2013 Quarter Finals Games: Which Teams Dominate Predictions

LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – The Gold Cup 2013 quarter finals games will deliver a schedule of matches played this Saturday and Sunday. CONCACAF confirms to news that the Gold Cup 2013 quarter finals soccer matches will be played Saturday July 20 in the Georgia Dome and then on Sunday July 21 in the M&T Bank Stadium. But when does Mexico play, what is the start time on the El Salvador game, and is the USA dominating predictions as the favorite?

The Gold Cup 2013 quarter finals games have a slightly different schedule that initially indicated. Mexico is not the first game Saturday. Rather Georgia Dome fans will get Panama vs. Cuba taking to the field with a start time of 12:30 PM PST.

Panama is one of the top three teams in this tournament. They finished first in Group A, delivering two wins, one draw and no losses. But their offense is not that strong. They only produced three goals in three games. Cuba is not expected to beat Panama. The team finished third in Group C with one win, no draws and two losses. But Cuba can score goals. They produced five goals in just three games, and four in their last match.

Later this Saturday is the match that all Copa Oro 2013 fans are waiting for. As reported first on LALATE, Mexico vs. Trinidad y Tobago kicks off at 3:35 PM PST from the Georgia Dome. Mexico is expected to dominate that match.

On Sunday, it’s USA vs. El Salvador, also a highly anticipated match. The game heads to Baltimore’s M&T Bank Stadium and will get a start time of 1 PM PST. In their last five matches overall, however, El Salvador has three losses, one draw and one win. USA is undefeated in their last five games. Finally, later that day, it is Honduras vs. Costa Rica played at 4 PM PST also from Baltimore. The last time the two teams met, Honduras beat El Salvador 1-0. LALATE predicts that Mexico, USA, and Panama will win their matches and that you may see a Mexico vs. USA finals. But in the end, USA is favorite to win this year’s Copa Oro.
