LOS ANGELES (LALATE EXCLUSIVE) – Aaron Hernandez’s girlfriend Shayanna Jenkins is not the subject of a new federal action. But a document to be filed Friday by Hernandez might may get insight into the relationship Shayanna Jenkins had with him in the months leading up to Odin Lloyd’s murder, LALATE can exclusively reveal.
Aaron Hernandez girlfriend Shayanna Jenkins has not commented about the couple’s relationship since the Odin Lloyd murder. But on Friday, Hernandez might elect to do so.
At the same time that Aaron Hernandez’s girlfriend Shayanna was pregnant at home with their first child, was Aaron allegedly out of state, packing a loaded fire arm, and patronizing a female “dance” establishment with buddies into the night? That’s the allegations that Hernandez is confronted with this week.
In court documents obtained exclusively by LALATE, Aaron Hernandez will have to this Friday July 19, 2013 file his answer to the civil suit brought against him by Alexander Bradley. As first exclusively reported on LALATE, Aaron Hernandez was served with the Bradley civil suit after Hernandez was arrested in the Odin Lloyd case. Hernandez was served his summons while in police custody back in June 2013.
Hernandez’s answer is due July 19, 2013. Jenkins is not a party to the case. But Hernandez in the criminal case unsuccessfully battled bail hearings asserting that he is a loving family man who stays at home with Jenkins and there recent born child.
Prosecutors asserted otherwise. They claimed that Hernandez lives with Jenkins in a 14-camera security system-wired mansion in which he allegedly keeps firearms, ammunition, and scales for narcotics. They also claimed that his associates are ex-felons with priors for distribution; that he maintains a flop-house, a rented condo elsewhere; that he allegedly uses the condo to store more ammunition and firearm(s); and that he allegedly does not have licenses for his firearms.
Allegedly at the time that Jenkins was pregnant with Aaron’s baby, he was off carrying a firearm around a “dance” establishment, claims Bradley. “[T]he plaintiff and defendant with a group of other people went to spend the evening at Tootie’s a st-p club located in Miami Florida… Thereafter plaintiff and defendant and two other persons were driving from Miami towards Palm Beach, Florida. Defendant had in his possession a gun. The gun discharged.” Bradley lost his right eyeball. He asserts that Hernandez allegedly fired at him on purpose.
Documents obtained by LALATE do not yet identify the “other people” who were with Hernandez and Bradley the night in question. Police assert in the Odin Lloyd case that there were two other men, both with prior criminal records, with Hernandez the night in question. So how will Hernandez answer Bradley’s allegations?
