LOS ANGELES (LALATE EXCLUSIVE) – The 50 Cent, Daphne Joy alleged case heads to court later this month. 50 Cent says he is not been arrested. And Daphne Joy (photos below) has yet to confirm to news that she is the alleged victim. But Los Angeles City Attorney Mike Feuer tells news that 50 Cent has been charged on five criminal counts today July 3, 2013. But a quick perusal of tweets by Daphne Joy shows peculiar statements on the dates at issue, LALATE can report. Are 50 Cent and Daphne Joy still dating 2013, is Daphne Joy also 50 Cent’s baby mama, and who is 50 Cent’s mystery second baby mama?
Several years ago, 50 Cent was involved in an epic civil dispute with first baby mama Shaniqua Tompkins. This case does not concern Tompkins. Rather 50 Cent (Curtis Jackson) is ordered to appear in court on July 22 for his criminal arraignment. Jackson’s arraignment at the Van Nuys Superior Court will concern one count of domestic violence and four counts of vandalism.
The case concerns alleged conduct by the rapper at a Toluca Lake home on June 23, 2013. But what was Daphne Joy tweeting that day? She retweeted a peculiar message which read “You betray your true self, when you do not follow the hearts desire, for what the heart is attracted to, is your destiny.” The next day she added “You cannot evolve unless you are willing to change, you will never better yourself, if you always cling to what was.”
It remains unclear when the case was presented to the DA’s office. But on July 1, Joy tweeted “accomplish … succeed.” Moreover, as news of 50 Cent’s criminal charges were released today, Joy wrote “Beautiful day in LA”. Current the weather is a horrible 66% humidity with overcast sky.
In a news statement today, Feuer states “During an argument, Jackson allegedly began destroying the female’s property. Allegedly when the female locked herself in her bedroom, Jackson kicked-open the bedroom door and kicked her, causing an injury.”
Police will allegedly present evidence of purportedly damaged items inside the residence. Feuer further tells news “We will continue to look out for the safety of all victims of domestic violence and seek justice for the alleged crimes…. Regardless of perceived celebrity or notoriety, domestic violence is a serious crime, and alleged perpetrators will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law by this office”. 50 Cent’s response to the case today was “I’m in the car I haven’t been arrested.”
