LOS ANGELES (LALATE EXCLUSIVE) – A Toya Bush-Harris hit and run claim on Married to Medicine has been denied by the reality TV star. But what is Toya’s Citation # E01138741? That is the assertion that fellow cast member Quad Webb-Lunceford made in her subsequent statement to BravoTv.com. Toya Bush-Harris says that Quad is just fabricating everything for the cameras. But LALATE can exclusively report that Toya is not honest to viewers in her latest BravoTv.com post.
Quad tells news of Toya this week “She should have counted her blessings for not being arrested the first time but the second time.” Quad writes on her BravoTv.com blog “She wasn’t so lucky citation # E01138741. Has she not learned ‘excuses are tools of incompetence, they build monuments of nothingness, those who use them seldom amount to anything.'” Quad is not very clear whatshe is referring to with E01138741.
So who is telling the truth? Toya Bush-Harris gives this denial. “Now, in reference to her foolish allegations: I was never involved in a hit and run. I received my first ticket in Atlanta actually in April of 2013, not back in the fall of 2012.” She also tells news this week “At the time in which Quad made her false statement, I had a clean driving record. As for my recent ticket, In April of 2013 I was arrested during a routine road block. The state of Georgia does arrest you on the spot if you don’t take sobriety test, but once my lawyer was present I took the test, passed, and received a reckless driving ticket.”
For now, the entire “hit and run” claim by Quad still remains a mystery. But for details about Quad’s own mugshots, click HERE.
But as to Toya’s assertion “I received my first ticket in Atlanta actually in April of 2013”, that is just not true, LALATE can report. Court records obtained by LALATE, which any Married to Medicine fan can look up themselves actually, lists a traffic ticket by Toya Bush Harris, Defendant, with ticket number E01138741, and Tag NBR of BDU3320 issued by the City of Atlanta. The date of that ticket is not April 2013 but February 28, 2013.
In fact, Toya is listed as “DFNDT” aka Defendant. Two other parties are listed on the same case number. There are Eugene Harris listed as “Surety”, and Shaun Rickett, listed as “CPLNT” or “Complaint”. The nature of the traffic citation remains unclear. So why did Toya tell viewers “I received my first ticket in Atlanta actually in April of 2013″ when she was cited in February?
