LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – Lydia McLaughlin’s RHOC rental house is the subject of a foreclosure this Spring. Lydia McLaughlin allegedly does not own the RHOC mansion that she shows off this season on Bravo. She allegedly rents it. And now, the house is the subject of foreclosure proceedings.
In recent years, fans grown bothered by Bravo hiring housewives for cities that they don’t really live in before filming. Last season on RHOA, Bravo hired Kenya Moore who lives and works in Beverly Hills. Moore rented for the RHOA show. And she rented near to Kim Zolciak.
This season, RHOC’s Lydia McLaughlin joined the show after ties with Lisa Vanderpump and RHOBH. Lydia has several businesses in Beverly Hills. But a new report claims that she allegedly rented her OC house for RHOC filming. And she rented near to Alexis Bellino.
Now Lydia’s rental home is allegedly the subject of foreclosure proceedings. A new report from the RealEstalker claims “[W]e found evidence online the property was deep in foreclosure …. and scheduled to be sold at auction on the 8th of April (2013) with a minimum bid of $2,329,923.” It added “We don’t know what the result of all this ugliness is but it could be that Mister and Missus McLaughlin will soon have to pack their bags if they haven’t already.” Filming for RHOC 2013 was concluded months ago, LALATE has already reported precisely. McLaughlin has yet to comment about the matter.
