BEVERLY HILLS (LALATE) – Faye Resnick to Marisa Zanuck are among the shakeups striking Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Are Faye Resnick and Marisa Zanuck leaving Bravo’s Real Housewives of Beverly Hills?
Bravo Upfronts 2013 debuted last week. And while Bravo might believe that the media event is an attempt to showcase programming underway, it leaves news reporters guessing about casting. Virtually no news statement was given about casting for current Housewives properties. If the entire cast doesn’t show up at the Upfront, then fans are left guessing who is returning or not.
For now, three franchises are not being modified. The entire cast of Real Housewives of Atlanta is returning. But based upon previous LALATE reports, expect the per episode salary paid to an RHOA housewife to increase. The entire cast of New Jersey is returning as well.
And for now, the entire cast of RHOC is intact. But since filming for RHOC 2014 is not expected to start until summer this year, expect future changes for Orange County. Last Monday, the show debuted at disappointing ratings numbers.
On Beverly Hills, Adrienne Maloof and Camille Grammer are confirmed exiting. Faye Resnick is reportedly not going to be invited back. A widespread effort was launched during the season by viewers not to invited Resnick back to the program. And Taylor Armstrong disproved critics, being recast for another season, despite reports that she was leaving. Marisa Zanuck’s situation remains unclear. She is not getting an upgrade to full housewife, but she is interested in returning to the show in her previous “friend” capacity. Bravo has yet to confirm if she will be granted a return visit.
