LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – Lindsey Vonn waited in a car for on hour to avoid Elin Nordegren, news photographers are claiming. Lindsey Vonn sat in the backseat of Tiger Woods car in the warm weather for upwards of one hour to avoid a meeting with Tiger’s ex-wife, so asserts British news this week.

Lindsey Vonn and Tiger Woods proclaimed their love to another in a news statement this week, sharing a picture as though they are almost a family. But Vonn, Woods and Nordegren are not becoming a blended family anytime soon. Local news reports that, during a recent sports game of Elin and Tiger’s child, Tiger and Elin sat on the opposite side of the bleachers, far away from one another. And Lindsey Vonn reportedly never stepped out of the car either.

But on Monday, the Daily Mail posted photographs of Vonn allegedly sitting in the back of Tiger’s Mercedes for over an hour. The newspaper claimed that Vonn “stayed in Woods’s black Mercedes rather than risk an encounter with Woods’ ex-wife Elin, who was also watching the event – though Woods and Elin sat at opposites ends of the stadium.”
