Gordon Ramsay Feud Strikes Bobby Flay
LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – A Gordon Ramsay feud is revealed in the latest issue of Men’s Journal. Gordon Ramsay goes on the attack against Bobby Flay, Cat Cora, and Chris Hutcheson in a series of professional and personal rants.
Gordon Ramsay tells the news publication that he doesn’t respect Bobby Flay. “…I can still look at a box of raw ingredients and put together the best f– dish you’ll ever eat. That’s why I laugh when they say, ‘Let’s see if he’s a real chef. Let’s get him up against Bobby Flay on ‘Iron Chef.” I’m like, ‘F—ing do me a favor…come on.” He also says of Flay “I’ve forgotten more than he’s known!’”
In 2010, LALATE reported that Gordon Ramsay was sued by Chris Hutcheson, his father-in-law. Ramsay has earlier hired Chris Hutcheson as CEO of Gordon Ramsay Holdings and purportedly gave him a 29% stake. Ramsay later fired him along with wife Tana’s brother Adam and Adam’s son Christopher.
Adam’s wife Adelaide told the Daily Mail at time “The whole family is upset with Gordon. It is just not fair on us. My husband used to work for Gordon’s company as Chris Hutcheson’s number two. But now he has been suspended, my poor 19-year-old boy who also worked for him was sacked. It makes me so angry to think Gordon sacked them all on the same day.”
The lawsuit has since been resolved reportedly. But now Ramsay tells news his negative thoughts about Chris Hutcheson to news. “And then to cast Tana and the grandchildren off like he did. I mean, what would it take for me to do that to my daughter? What kind of man would I be? What kind of evil f**k would you be, to shit on your family to that extent and bring in this new family that had been hidden for 20 years? What kind of man would I be?”
For now, Ramsay has even a few words for his critics. “I’ve achieved everything I’ve ever wanted to achieve in cooking. You can’t win more than three Michelin stars, and there’s three stars in New York, three stars in Paris, three stars in London. And now I’ve got a second career in TV. And I’ve set up my own production company. I think all that p-ses them off.”
