LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – Kim Richards’ nose job before and after photos prompt a Bravo quinceañera tonight, so jokes Kyle Richards. Kim Richards unveils her new nose on RHOBH tonight in a special party celebration. But her sister calls it a “quinceañera for a nose”. But what is a quinceañera?

A quinceañera is a celebration for a girl’s fifteenth birthday. But tonight, Kim tells news “I’m inviting people over to see what my real nose looks like. Until I go into the real world to see what they think and tell me if they think it is right.” She also adds “And I also want to say thank you for supporting me during my sobriety.”

When Kyle sees Kim, Kim admits “the dog almost broke my nose [again]“. Kyle asks “oh no, so what did the doctor have to do?” Kim jokes “he had to redo everything because you said I had an ugly nose and an ugly face.”

So does Kim have a new boyfriend? She recently admitted to Andy Cohen that she is dating. ” haven’t had a love life [until recently]. I had been focusing on myself. But I just started dating.” For now, Kim is enjoying her new nose. And if recent news reports are true, Bravo paid for the nose job.
