BEVERLY HILLS (LALATE EXCLUSIVE) – The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast firings could reach upwards of thirty percent next month. RHOBH this season has not being producing the time of ratings that many insiders had expected. But more at issue has been the apparent absence of storylines being offered by several cast members. Virtually the entire season has been engulfed by the editing game over “what did Brandi say about Adrienne Maloof’s family”.
Insiders tell news that offers will be mailed to current cast members within days. Expected to be return are Lisa Vanderpump, Kyle and Kim Richards, and Brandi Glanville. The future of the remaining cast members remains uncertain.
One of the key factors, however, could be an outrageous November 2012 false report. Published on Radar Online at the time, the false report said that Brandi Glanville had been dating Alex Baskin, executive producer of RHOBH.
Brandi Glanville said at the time “This is a 100 percent untrue. I have been dating a business man (casually) for six months and not my boss Alex Baskin.” Glanville said that the source of the story allegedly was a fellow cast member, adding “This is a sad attempt …. to discredit me and the show.” Bravo never comment about the fake story at the time.
But several RHOBH cast members have not being using the show to advance their careers this season. At that, according to Nene Leakes, is what usually causes one to be fired from Bravo.
NeNe told news recently “I feel like they’re … all gone for a reason [from Bravo]”. She added “I don’t think any of them were smart enough to stick around for this long, and I don’t think any of them were smart enough to use this platform in ways they could have used it.”
NeNe says you have to advance yourself when added as a Bravo Housewife, otherwise you won’t be invited back eventually. “That’s one thing a lot of girls on the show don’t have. Some people come on these shows to be famous. I was never interested in fame. I was always interested in supporting my family.” Leakes says you have to have “a business sense” with Housewives shows.
