
LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – Christopher Jordan Dorner may have been found in Big Bear. A truck believed belonging to Christopher Jordan Dorner has been found in Big Bear. And earlier today, witnesses reported spotting Dorner in the Big Bear area.
Sean Jacques, director of loss prevention for Big Bear Mountain Resorts, tells the LA Times that a burning truck was found on a forest service road in Big Bear. The truck is believed to be Dorner’s pickup truck. Christopher Jordan Dorner’s Facebook account manifesto earlier today prompted a manhunt across the Southland.
Additionally, witnesses report seeing Dormer in a military fatigues throughout Big Bear. It remains unclear if Dorner intentionally chose big Bear today since the slopes have a military uniforms discount promotion going on Thursday. The truck was found in the 2000 block of Club View Drive in the Big Bear area, officials tell news. The truck was spotted at 8:30 am. Police had previously alerted residents to be on the lookout for the blue Nissan Titan.

Meantime, Bear Valley School District schools are on lockdown reportedly. “We don’t believe there is an immediate danger; we do this as a precaution for the safety of our students and staff. We don’t know the duration of the lock down and will post information to our website and Facebook as we get updates on the situation,” Assistant Superintended Walter Con said in a news statement.
