Dario Franchitti has won the Indianapolis 500 in 2012. In 2010, Dario made news, becoming the first driver to win the Daytona and Indianapolis in the same year. He told news at the time “I think this is just as good the second time. … The number 10 car was the dominating car.” He added “Thanks to all the fans coming out to the Speedway today”. He previously won the race in 2007.

In a joint news statement, Ashley and Dario tells PEOPLE “We have mutually decided to end our marriage. We’ll always be family and continue to cherish our relationship based on the special love, integrity, and respect we have always enjoyed,”

Previously, Wynonna Judd told news that her sister Ashley and mother were not invited to her wedding in June 2012 to Moser. At the time, Wynonna told news “We’re getting ready to sit down with our life coach and re-evaluate what we want out of this relationship . . . We just don’t have a lot of contact right now, if any, because we’re all doing our own thing.” When asked by US Magazine at the time if Ashley even knew that Wynona was marrying, Wynonna said “Ashley’s probably so busy with [husband] Dario [Franchitti] having won the Indianapolis 500, she probably doesn’t even know.”
