LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – A photo of Arthur Douglas Harmon has been released by police moments ago. Arthur Douglas Harmon remains the suspected shooter in the Phoenix, Arizona attack today January 30, 2013. Arthur Douglas Harmon is wanted by police. Officials tell news that Harmon remains on the loose and might be driving a Kia Optima car with Arizona license plate number AVS 2052. Phoenix PD Sgt. Tommy Thompson released the above photo moments ago during a late news conference.

Police believe that Arthur Douglas Harmon allegedly took the life of Steven D. Singer. Singer worked as CEO of Fusion Contact Centers in Scottsdale. Mark Hummels reportedly is in critical condition. He is an attorney with Osborn Maledon and president of the Phoenix chapter of the Federal Bar Association. He has suffered multiple bullet wounds, police tell news. But Andrea Marconi issued a news statement this afternoon that Mark is out of surgery and that doctors are “optimistic”. She also reports that he has a “strong pulse”.

Three people were shot today in violence that erupted in an office building located at 7310 N. 16th Street. Police immediate dispatched to Harmon’s house in the 14000 block of North 28th Street. After arriving at the Harmon residence at 10:30 am, Harmon’s son told officers they would not be allowed in without a search warrant. Officers wouldn’t gain entry until 3:45 pm when a warrant was issued. Sgt. Tommy Thompson says that Arthur Douglas Harmon is still on the loose and remains armed and dangerous.
